Please do not go with chetak. I am writing review after 6 month use. It worst electric scooter in india. My scooter battery died after 5300km in 6 month. And services also worst , my scooter is in service center since last 10 days and still they are saying to wait more 10 days and that is also not confirmed. They have more then 60 scooter batteries are in waiting for replace. Not sure will be they provide in 10 days or not.Company is playing game with customer with tec pack. I paid 7500 for tec pack with Data pack for 5 years. But there is no meaning to pay for data pack cause its useless. After activating the tech pack you have to use your mobile to use map , we can not track our Scooter remotely as we expected after data pack Scooter will enable with internet and we can use map without mobile or can track Scooter remotely but this features are not available. Every time we have to use mobile for Map and that is your luck your scooter will connect or not. and to see the stored documents and tracking. If we have to connect with mobile to use this feature then there is no meaning for data pack. And I have booked black but showroom declined me to deliver black color so finally after waiting 15 to 20 days I have negotiated and gone with red color. Bajaj need to improve it's tecpack and data pack other should not provide the data pack. And issues with the mobile connectivity as well . It's headache to connect with mobile while need to change the remote immobilization setting. Mostly it's fail to give the commands to scooter. Need improvement in hill hold as well , overall tecpack it's use less. Bajaj just earning based on tec pack no features and not works properly given features. And do not expecte more then 100 km in single charge.

If you plan for an ev scooter this is the one . No others in market come even close to this Chetak EV is the best

It's an wonderful bike

I have been using 3501 from approximately 6 months now. It is solid scooter with range coming around 100km. As claimed charging from 15 to 85% takes 2 to 3 hours. Most disappointing is software, app doesn't work, syncing doesn't happen. Out for six month actual use of app was only 5 to 10 days, because rest of the days it didn't work. Mappls maps are inaccurate, route recommendation are not proper and it doesn't update on screen. Regeneration should have been given user adjustable. Till now service experience is pleasant but app stuff doesn't work. Recommendation is go for 3503 which doesn't have any features. If features are needed go for different brand.

Performance and speed are very optimal. build quality is too good but mileage seems less for long run of over 100km
