Easy to use, easy to read, works well and the additional app where the readings from the machine can be sent automatically to your chosen device is wonderful. Makes keeping track of readings over time so easy and with great charts. I actually find it more motivational with the app and having all the information to show conveniently at a doctor's appointment is also so great. Overall, it brings peace of mind being able to consistently and conveniently keep track of pressure, pulse and even afib monitoring. I have a separate bp monitor and this machine gives me the same readings (as well as tracks with what I get in actual medical settings) so it is also a reliable machine (which, after all, is the only thing that truly matters).

I have 3 BP monitors and they read differently. after on line search, I decided to buy the best one. And, it is the BEST BP monitor I believe. it is very well build, it is very easy to use and get result very fast and it is very accurate. I believe, it is worth to invest for a good BP monitor that I can trust and rely on. thanks!!

Excellent. Accurate. BT works great. Syncs great with the Kardia app, too. My arms are not small, and the cuff is NP. Lots of features. Worth the buy.

ATTENTION people with Afib! If you already know that you have Afib, this Blood Pressure Monitor may not be for you. I bought because I needed a good on for my sister, who I already know has Afib. I got it in the mail two days ago, and have attempted to get her Blood pressure five times over those two days. Each and every time the device says "Afib", but does not give a Blood pressure reading, nor a heart rate. The instruction manual states that Afib causes an unreliable reading, so it won't show one. So I called the Omron company to ask for recommendations on which models would give readings. Now onto people without Afib. This is a fantastic monitor otherwise. I like the backlit screen, so you can see it in dimly lit areas. The motor is quiet. It comes in a nice zippered case, with handle, for.easy portablility. And unlike some other reviewers, I did receive the ac adapter. The ad said it was included in the box, so if it says it is supposed to be there, why accept anything less? All in all a very good Blood pressure monitor, but should come with the advanced notice that if you are currently experiencing Afib, you will not get a BP or heart rate reading.

Was using another Omron that my wife had, but I just started to track my BP and writing it down weekly was getting to be a pain. With this one, it sync with the app, and you can even download your readings and send to your PC/Dr to review without you have to keep a paper log during visits. Ties into the app nice, with you able to add notes to each reading. Easy to use, read and has a good memory storage of you previous BP readings. Options for 1/2 and guest(only does one reading). Have to make sure you're taking your BP correctly, as arm placement, resting before measurements, etc makes a difference on your reading. Watch a couple youtube and didn't realize how much other factors can affect your reading(empy your bladder, height of cuff-level with your heart). No wonder when you get your BP measured during your visits, it's off from when you do it a home. I've had nurse taking my pressure with my arm not supports, or they are talking to me, etc.. And some do get the WCS(white coat syndrome).

Very easy to get started and begin using. Also seems to be much more accurate than either of my two wrist cuffs. The app and tracking features are very nice and easy to view a summary. I take my BP several times a day and was manually logging the date/time/BP, but OMRON handles all of that for me and then some. Great product.

Original 1-STAR * The unit looks nice; it’s too bad that it doesn’t work if you have any form of Atrial or Ventricular Fibrillation. In short, it’s not smart enough to deal with it, so it simply errors-out. This quirk needs to be clearly identified in the description so folks that have a serious need to monitor their blood pressure don’t waste their money on this unit. Others have complained about the issue, but nothing has been done to rectify it, or alert customers to the issues it has. UPDATE 02-04-2026 5-STAR ***** After my cardioversion to knock me out of AFIB, this unit works exceptionally well! I have it automatically updating my iPhone which is great! Clearly, I give this a 5-STAR now, but they really must warn folks that if you have ANY TYPE of Fibrillation, the unit will not work!

Works great. Picks up atrial fibrillation accurately. Easy to use and automatically saves to my phone for showing to my health care providers.
