I love this clock. It was such a beautiful addition to my favorite room. I like that it has different music setting even though I like the dong o’clock s. Lol. Sometimes it can be annoying but it just gives me such a good feeling and I can turn it down if I want. It’s a little hard to read from some angles because of the shinny plat behind the hands but it’s to pretty to care. 🙂 it came a little late but in good shape so it was worth it. I just couldn’t beat the price either. I’m going to find just the right picture to past to the back board because now that it’s on my wall I can see a scenic view coming through the window. Something like deer in the woods or a dark forest bridge. 😉🤔😃

I bought this to replace my grandfather clock. I bought it because of the price and that it was not a floor clock. It is also smaller. We just opened it nothing broke it was packaged well. It is very good looking and and it has a beautiful chime. I would highly recommend

This wall clock is to replace one my father had for about 20 years. He tried to get the old one repaired but the clock shop owner advised him since the movement was Chinese it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. He quoted us $300 -$400 to put in a new movement. This clock was under $150 so my dad chose this one. He is happy with it, so I am happy. He is over 90 and eyes and hearing are going so he doesn’t see or hear the flaws. 1 from twenty feet it look great, any closer and you can see the “brass” parts are all plastic. 2 there is a palm print imbedded in the finish of the pendulum. It won’t wash off or buff out. 3 the chimes are out of sync with the time. 2:00 pm gets 7 chimes. After a few hours of fiddling with it, the only fix was to remove the hands and put them back on at the time that matched the chimes. 4 the sound speaker is very tinny and sounds cheap. 5 there is a flaw in the finish on the face, top edge. 6 the clock must be removed from the wall to set the time and replace the batteries 7. Uses 4 AA batteries, not a problem but instructions say 3 8. Polarity of batteries doesn’t match the instructions 9 no option for a 1/4 hour chime 10 heavy, needs a very long screw, set in a wall anchor, but the screw head needs to be small or it won’t fit in the eye hole of the hanger. Manual recommended using a hook. I agree use a strong wall hook in an anchor So, as long as you know the limitations of this clock, it looks nice from a distance.

The clock arrived with the glass for the front just laying inside the clock not attached to anything. There was no hardware to put the glass in place to keep it there. I tried to contact Amazon and found that there was no place to register a complaint and no phone number to call. The clock is pretty and that's what the one star is for.
