I bought the Convertible Touchscreen Laptop mainly for travel and light school/work tasks, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. First of all, the pink color is adorable without looking childish. I get compliments on it every time I take it out, whether it’s at a café, airport, or library. Performance-wise, this little laptop is a beast for its size. The processor paired with 16GB RAM and a massive 1TB SSD makes everything feel smooth and responsive. I can easily multitask with multiple tabs, Word/Excel, streaming videos, and even light photo editing without lag. For a compact device, that’s seriously impressive. The touchscreen is crisp, bright, and surprisingly immersive. I love the 2-in-1 convertible design—tablet mode is perfect for reading, note-taking, or watching shows on flights. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate, and the IPS display looks great from any angle. Small details really make this stand out. The facial recognition login is fast and convenient, the backlit keyboard is super helpful at night or on planes, and the USB-C port makes charging and connecting accessories easy. Windows 11 Pro runs flawlessly and feels very polished on this device. This is an amazing laptop for anyone who wants something lightweight, stylish, and powerful without spending a fortune. It’s compact, fast, and beautiful—I genuinely love using it and would absolutely recommend it.

As a graduate student, I needed something lightweight but strong enough for daily classes, note-taking, and video calls. This 11-inch laptop turned out to be perfect. It boots in seconds, and the touchscreen makes browsing and editing slides much faster. The screen quality is incredible — colors look vivid, and watching movies is a treat. I also love the smooth mousepad controls for volume and brightness. Battery life lasts through my whole day of lectures, and the dual camera with face login feels modern and safe. For the price, it feels premium, reliable, and fun to use. I couldn’t be happier!

We purchased this laptop to serve as our travel laptop, and its been fantastic in that regard. It has an up to date N100 processor (we previously had a Celeron J4105 and this one is noticeably faster), 16g of RAM, and we chose the version with the 1TB SSD drive for lots of storage. The form factor is great for airplane use, and surprisingly, I found the keyboard to be one of the best compact laptop keyboards to work on. The travel and feedback on the keys is really good for typing out documents. The backlit keyboard is a game changer that I didn't know I needed on flights (I confess my touch typing is not as good as it used to be), and the screen resolution and brightness is nice. The 11" screen size is not for everyone, but is big enough for my eyes to work with, and it also has a responsive touch screen so its easy to zoom in on text if you need to. Added plus is the 360 capability to turn this into a tablet, but to be honest I rarely use this and mostly have this in regular keyboard mode. Lots of great ports on board so you don't need to bring a separate dongle if you don't want to: USB-C, two USB-A's (3.0 speed), and a mini-HDMI (unfortunately you will need an adapter as this will be your main video display port -- the USB-C did not output display for me). Disappointingly (for me), there was no micro-SD slot (even though this is listed in the description) -- I have camera gear (gimbal, actioncam, and drone), and it would have been useful to be able to pop memory cards in to transfer files directly. Instead you will need an adapter. Some areas for improvement: charging is through a proprietary power plug; battery life with complex processor and display on bright is not as long as I would like (think more like 2-3 hours, so either dim your screen or bring your power plug), the USB-C does not charge the laptop or output display, and (as other reviews have noted), when doing high processing, the fans can run hot and drain battery life. These are all acceptable to me as I use this for occasional work on the plane and cafe, and these are mostly low processor intensive so it has lasted in excess of 3 hours on a full charge. 5 stars for customer service: I had questions about a Windows activation code (this was corrected within 24 hours), the features of the laptop (also satisfactorily addressed), and how to get a spare power plug (information provided within 24 hours). So they will support and help you out post-sale, no worries there. If you are looking for a laptop for travel that has good ports and specs, this will work for you, as long as you understand there are trade-offs for this form factor. If you want more battery life, it needs to be bigger. If you want a faster processor and DDR5 memory, again, it'll be pricier. With the discounts regularly running on this one, and the customer service, it is a solid choice for this size laptop with these features.

One star because the charger is not USB. This seems to be a well-made product, but I did not even turn it on. The charger uses a proprietary plug, not USB. I bought this for travel. What happens if I lose or forget the plug? How am I going to get another charger? It's been so long since I've seen a proprietary charger that I was shocked to see one. I want all of my devices to be USB chargeable when I travel. Not to carry a charger just for one device.

I picked up this little pink laptop for travel and some light work, it’s been pretty nice so far. It’s small but doesn’t feel cramped when typing, and the touchscreen reacts fast. I tried flipping it into tablet mode a few times, it moves smoothly. The hinge feels steady and not flimsy. I’ve used it for notes, emails, a few video calls, it hasn’t lagged once. Setup was easy. It started right up with Windows already on it. The keyboard feels soft and the backlight helps when I’m using it at night. The touchpad’s sensitive but convenient, you can swipe to change brightness or volume. It stays quiet most of the time, and doesn’t heat up much even after long use. The battery lasts a good while. The speakers are decent for movies, the camera works fine for calls. The facial recognition unlock is quick and actually works every time. It’s light, easy to carry, looks sleek in pink. For schoolwork, trips, or just everyday stuff, it’s been working great. Simple, compact, and quick to use. Kind of one of those things that just makes daily tasks easier.
