Beef tallow adds flavor to beef dishes like stew, etc. Wagu, is of course, top of the line so the taste is really good. It doesn't take much. If you wish you can refrigerate your dish after cooking and skim the tallow off if you want fat free. Its a pretty good size and lasts quite awhile refrigerated.

Delicious! Melts quickly and tastes great! Fried some eggs in the tallow and they didn’t overcook, came out of the pan easily.

Adds an amazing flavor! I basted a beef tenderloin with it and got rave reviews. I even put a dollop on my dog's kibble. Rave reviews there as well. Check the package upon arrival. My first order arrived with the jar cracked, and I have read reviews here where the same thing happened.

Started using beef tallow in cooking and I’m glad I did. Cooks nicely, enhances flavor nicely and the more I read on its nutritional values, I’m glad I have it in the line up. I haven’t used other brands… so this is my favorite.

I didn’t cook with this so I’m not sure of the taste but the texture was super smooth. The only reason for the 4 stars is the slight scent. In soap you couldn’t smell it but when used in lotions or oils I did have to include a scent so I wasn’t walking around smelling like a hamburger lol.

It will really make a difference in everything you add it too. I’ve been using it in my soups and sauces and sautéing. The flavors are really enhanced. Switching from seed oil to beef tallow is really the healthy way to go. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed tallow for smoking brisket and other meats. It worked perfectly and I've found so many other cooking uses for it. The quality it good.
