I’ve always struggled with detox teas because the taste usually puts me off and I end up stopping. But this one actually tastes pleasant, and doesn’t have any upsetting smell which makes it so much easier for me to keep up with it consistently. Since I’ve been using it, I feel lighter and less bloated, and I’m starting to notice some small changes in my body. It’s easy to drink and I can see myself keeping it as part of my healthy lifestyle. I’m really glad I gave it a try.

This tea has a nice taste so I drink it with a pleasure in the evenings. First couple of days I noticed that lots of liquids were gone out of my body, everything cleared. I still keep using it and I don't feel hungry in the evenings anymore.

Ok first thing first — . This is basically a laxative tea. If you search “ Senna tea “ it’s pretty much the same at a fraction of the price. This is very over priced for tea. It’s a blend of various teas , this would be good for someone who struggles with constipation, as it will help you go and you may not bloat as much. If the price was cheaper it really would be worth it but I can’t can’t £15 is worth it in my honest opinion, if you let it infuse for 20 mins to an hour you will get some slight cramping in the morning and use the bathroom. If you drink it straight away you will still go but I don’t think cramping would be too bad but again this goes off each person —- My advice would be to drink this at night rather than the morning so you don’t get any cramping during the day. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad tea at all & you can mix this with honey or a slice of lemon to make it taste nicer but I wouldn’t say the taste is bad at all. Also it should be labelled on the packet that it could cause cramping and that it’s a laxative tea. I have read many reviews saying they have got cramping after drinking - this should be stated on the packet - Would I buy again? Yes, if the price was cheaper 👍

It cleanses the bowels.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from this tea, but it’s actually been quite nice to use. The taste is mild and easy to drink, which helped me stay consistent with it. I’ve mainly noticed a difference with my digestion — I feel less bloated and a bit lighter, especially after eating. It’s not a quick fix for weight loss, but it does feel like it supports things alongside a healthier routine. Overall, it’s been a good, simple addition to my day and I’ve had a positive experience with it

I would not recommend. After the first tea bag I started getting stomach cramps and had an upset stomach for the rest of the day. I tried another the next day and had the same problem.
