Good vitamins

Last year, I was put on a prescription for just vitamin D, once a week. My D levels did not improve so they did it again. About 3 weeks into that, my fingers were tingling, possibly from the large dose once a week so I decided to take my health into my own hands and search for a daily. Then I found research about adding K. I thought, it can't hurt so I found this brand. It didn't. At all. My D levels are FINALLY up to normal range, my LDL cholesterol that had been sticking above normal in the high range has started to go down (after two years of being vegan and seeing no change to cholesterol) AND I'm seeing baby hairs where my hair was thinning. I'm pretty sure I have this bottle to thank. Say no to vitamin D by itself. You're just wasting it.

These seem good, honestly I can't say anything bad, which is good because I can't take animal derived D. It sounds weird but only vegan vitamin D is tolerable, and in this case I haven't noticed anything negative. I'm not sure if the actual amount listed is correct, and it's possible they may have lessened before I received them, or maybe I just need way more but I feel better when I take more than a recommendex dose. I generally pop these as I don't like eating the shell, and it tastes fine. The ingredients are clean. I also do have some fat malabsorption so getting vitamin D is very important especially in the winter and I felt better after taking these so when I get tested for D I'll know if its really beneficial.

My doctor said I needed more vitamin D and to start with 2000IU. Apparently the ones I was taking weren’t working. I just had my vitamin D levels checked a week ago and they are now perfect. These have improved my levels in only a short period of time. They are tiny and very easy to swallow. I had them delivered on a day I knew I’d be home so the gel caps wouldn’t get melted or frozen ( the weather here changes daily) so they were in good condition when they arrived. I recommend these to anyone looking to boost their immune systems. They work!
