great condition as advertised, and windows 11 is great on this laptop
I ordered 3 in this batch and they arrived quickly and all were in immaculate condition. battery cycles on these 3 were 0, 1, 2 cycles each so they are pretty much brand new. all worked great out of the box and needed some software updates and things are working great.

Was practically brand new. Came with original charger that was factory sealed. No cosmetic imperfections. The battery had 0 charge cycles as well. Highly satisfied.

Software Compatibility
Nice looking laptop, until I had issues with installing common software I have used on my Surface 7 for years. Whatever they did with Windows on this device really is a problem. I had to return it.
