The laptop is good value for money. Liked the wireless connection to projector. Laptop has backlit keyboard (Fn+F10) wrongly reviewed by one that it's has no backlit keyboard which made me also confused until I checked it. Sound is good, speakers are at bottom. vdo for audio is also shared at 100% volume.

A very good product from acer and performance was good for productivity not for heavy gaming. For this price a biometric unlock feature could be added it will be a perfect close competitor. Other than this the display quality and the colour as very good in output compared with other laptop in the segment and speakers are good but not too loud it's okay. Overall it's a valuable product for this price.

I returned it as saw other people facing same issue. Processor - It wasn't great and they were claiming it to be, but was fine for 37k, cinebench was 7-9k ig Screen - It was deffective like loads of screen bleeding. Apart from that quality was decent like. Build - Connected with the screen issue as it was slightly bended upwards from the middle which made the screen bleed ig. Was looking so awesome though, looked like alluminium

The product shown and the product delivered are same. I am very happy and satisfied from the product. Everything about the laptop is good. You just have to compromise with the speakers they are not that much loud. But everything else is good.

Ordered on 9th Oct 24, delivered on 13th Oct 24. Supposed to delivered on Monday 14th Oct 24. So I was not prepared to take delivery on Sunday. Delivery taken by my son. It was company box inside Amazon box. I don't know who the culprit is but company package seal was clearly broken and Amazon box was also clearly tampered. I was worried to see this. Amazon should provide open box delivery or should take extra care for such expensive products. After 7 days of replacement period I am writing this review. As such no sign of scratches or used product found on my laptop. Warranty is also from 3rd Oct 24 which may replaced with purchace date. Charger is not of acer company. It's provided by their parter company, I confirmed it. But one thing is sure packaging box can be damaged in transit but stickers and seals can't be removed unless and untill somebody purposely removed it. But for so much expensive and delicate product like laptop it won't happen. Product is good at this price 38500 including discount. I don't have SBI credit card so I get only 1500/- discount with debit card. Backlit keyboard but cannot change colour of backlit. Inbuilt Microsoft office. In my case 12gb ram with H processor.
