Delicious and fresh!
Absolutely delicious! These are fresh and tasty! Not to mention, healthy too! No chemical, stale, or artificial taste to these at all. I love that they are pitted! I love eating them as is, or puffed up in teas. They taste like a cross between red raisins and neglet dates, not overly sweet or sticky though. They have a “crispy” skin to them, and the inside is kind of foam-like. Reminds me of a packing peanut. I don’t know how to describe it better than that, haha! Nourish and heal your body with the power of Da Zao! :)

Pleasing to the taste buds
First time buyer. I was viewing this jujubes red date on social media and thought I'd try it. I'm glad I did. I liked it and plan to buy again. After eating 2 or 3 I'm finished, a pleasant nuttiness lingers in my mouth. The texture is a little chewy, after taking a bite the inside and outside of it reminds me of a dehydrated apple. It's not real sweet either I'd say just the right amount to satisfy.

Full of pit pieces and not tasty.
I have had jujube dates from other places and found them moist and flavorful. These, and perhaps it was just luck of the draw, were full of pit pieces and dry. I found them mostly inedible because of the pit pieces. Since I had opened them, I wouldn't feel right in trying to return them.

Jujubees
Strange Chinese dried fruit with unique flavor. Probably higher in fructose than high fructose corn syrup. They are light though, so there is that.

Very Floofy and Interesting
Red dates were new to me so I figured I'd give them a try. They're pretty good, sort of like a maple flavored marshmallow. Since they're new to me I don't have much to compare them to, so I can't say if they're good or bad red dates by any objective standard, but I found them pleasant and they would go nicely in oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar. Might try to mince them up and make cookies too. Apparently you can also make tea out of them, but I'm the coffee type so I'll pass. Do note that these are not the same as regular dates, they come from completely different trees, so the taste and texture are way different than normal dates. As for the rest of it, the packaging was good and the Best By date is 10 months away. The price was fair, and if I decide I need more red dates in the future I'll probably get them here.
