NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Not recommended at all! The tv box was perfect and was easy to install, until you reach the activation of BEIN subscription. The problem is not the box, is the COMPANY ITSELF AND THE AUTOMATIZATION WITH LACK OF EMPLOYEES TO HELP! As soon as I whatsapp the Bein Stream for activation (as per instruction said) a bot reply with the instructions, I followed, and then ask me to insert the DEVICE ID number (locate it at the back of the box). ID was inserted correctly more than 10 times, just to receive a message saying DEVICE ID INCORRECT every time!!! And ending the process after 3 attempts. I WILL CLARIFY THAT NEVER THE WHATSAPP BOT GAVE ME THE OPTION OF CONTACT AN AGENT (Human one!) With this situation I contact BEIN through Amazon explaining the issue and asking for a way to solve the issue or communicate with them. The reply of BEIN was sending me back to the USELESS WHATSAPP BEIN STREAM or to call a Qatari number. So I call the number, was the main BEIN number, after pressing some options took me as a new customer so finally an agent was speaking. To the human agent I explain all my situation COMPLETELY and ask him for a solution, just to receive an answer from him “YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH BEIN STREAM I CANT HELP” and gave me AGAIN THE USELESS WHATSAPP BEIN STREAM! I patiently re explain and told him there is no option of Agent in that whatsapp hence why Im calling. But unfortunately was like if I continue talking with a ROBOT, the agent continue saying he cant help. And told me to do all the steps (I already dId millions of times) with him. Again patiently I did it to just receive same respond from the bot “DEVICE ID INCORRECT” So after no help from BEIN I decide to return the product back! PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF GETTING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE IS NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
