This product is so good. I had been taking it since July 2025 and two months in I feel so good. I used to be tired all the time and without energy to workout but with this all of the sudden I have the energy to do a lot after work. I even been cooking every day after work and picking up new hobbies. I feel energetic. I haven't loss any weight so if that's the main reason for your purchase i would say try something else.

Like magic for food noise and a wicked sweet tooth. They mix well into beverages. It does have a slight taste if you mix it with water. I normally put it in with electrolytes and coconut water so I don’t mind the taste. Expensive but worth it.

I’ve been using Theralogix Ovasitol Plus for about a month now to help manage my PCOS symptoms, and I’m cautiously optimistic about the results. Initial experience: Started taking the recommended twice daily dose as directed. While I noticed some positive changes with my PCOS symptoms, I also experienced unexpected side effects - increased emotional sensitivity and finding myself in constant deep thought/overthinking mode. Current approach: I’ve reduced to once daily to see if this helps with the emotional side effects while maintaining the PCOS benefits. It’s been a few days since the adjustment and I’m monitoring how I feel. Pros: • Shows promise for PCOS management • Easy to take • No digestive issues Cons: • Potential mood/emotional effects at full dose • Still too early to judge long-term effectiveness Bottom line: The product seems to be working for its intended purpose, but I needed to adjust the dosage due to unexpected emotional effects. Since I’m only a month in, I plan to update this review next month once I have more data on both effectiveness and how the reduced dose works for me. Two of these taken in water with 2 scoops of collagen and 1.5 t magnesium right before sleeping help this 55yo keep insomnia down. If you do intermittent fasting, that’s under 50 calories. For our family, it has to be the Ovasitol Plus, not the standard version.

This is the ONLY THING that has worked to clear my decades of PCOS skin breakouts. Not even all the prescription topicals, the prescription medications like Spironlactone, no other supplements, etc. Even antibiotics which worked decently but not 100%, this product works the BEST! I'm absolutely shocked. My skin is almost always 100% clear with a few days a month with maybe 1 small breakout. Game changer for anyone with severe PCOS.
