I did my first bone density and was told my bones are fragile (hip, forearms). I was going for surgery and a nurse told me about K2 D3 together, so I purchased. I had to do another bone density test bc I was having another surgery (C3 & C4). Surgeon wanted to do a replacement but depending on by bone density test it was going to be fused or replacement. The pill is a small gel cap so it's easy to swallow ..I will definitely try another bottle after this one ..you do get 300 capsules n take 2 a day so they are a great value
