First of all, this is not your 'usual' white smallish aircon. It's proper big. And blue. Like a blue marble plinth, but it looks really nice. Let's start with what's in my opinion the only negative point; I wouldn't call this a portable aircon. It's heavy, 30kg, and somehow only has one single grip for your fingers, which means that to carry it you have to open the vents and put your fingers there. It has casters which makes it float seamlessly over linoleum flooring, but it won't run on fabric flooring or a mat. Now for the good points, and there's plenty of them. It cooled a room down by three degrees in 90 minutes. It has a screen on the front and on the top with clear info. The up/down left/right air movement is brilliant, and the fact the vents close after it's shut off is a little extra touch. It's very silent, I can easily sleep with the fan speed on slow. The exhaust seems very sturdy and long enough, but the usual flat adapter for sash windows just doesn't work with the standard UK windows. I use the fabric adapter which works just fine. The remote is reactive and functional, and the Tuya app allows you to operate it from wherever you are. One last remark, a previous cheap unit would make an annoying low rumble on the floor, very audible in the living room below, even with a folded towel underneath, but this one is remarkable silent. Definitely 5 stars.

So first of all yes the unit is incredibly effective at reducing room temperature and humidity. The first evening we used it in our bedroom, temperature was stating 28c on the machines digital screen, within the hour of the machine operating it had reduced down to 22c. Please use the HUMIDITY function more than the cold air. It’s the humidity not the actual room temperature that makes you uncomfortable. Source; family has been involved in mining ⛏️ all our lives on 40c under ground temps, as soon as you take the moisture out the air it feels 10c less. Negatives; Remote control arrived damaged. Still functional though. The instructions give you QR code to download the app and can be used remotely through WiFi. We have set the machine working whilst out and arrived back to a freezing cold bedroom. Great feature. Operating noise: This needs to be addressed, it is not the quietest machine out there on the market in all honesty. However my partner and I are not afraid of a little white noise to drop us off to sleep and have not found it to be unbearable. Aesthetics: I’ll be honest it’s sleek and modern looking and on a different level to your ‘standard white fridge block’ air con unit. Hence why the partner bought it in the first place… 🙈. She’s happy then I’m happy

Absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend, it's is slightly noisy but far less noisy than my old one, it's lovley in the bedroom and I havn't had any trouble sleeping evan though I'm a very light sleeper.

To start with, the unit does have many good qualities and reasons to want to buy it but given the high price in comparison to others I would say there are a few areas the unit fails to deliver. 1. Not easily movable on even thin carpet meaning it needs dragging across the floor or lifting as the case hiding the wheels sits too low. If you opt to lift you fear breaking the unit as there is no handle or place to lift it resulting in a bear hug and praying you don't hug it too tight! If the cover was removable that would be great but doesn't seem obvious. Not sure why it needed to sit so low in the first place. 2. If like me you want a cool dark bedroom to sleep, this is not the right unit. I have opted to place a towel over the unit to hide the light and keep the room somewhat dark. Pity there was no option for a night mode to dim it auto turn off the display. 3. Cooling is the main point of this unit. My bedroom is 10-12m2 and I live in Scotland so not like I am fighting desert heat. Even tonight the unit is struggling to lower my room from around 23-24C and may eventually but around 20C but I have yet to see it drop below that! It would probably help if I opted to core a hole through my room at floor level because the duct would struggle to reach a window and even used to try and duct the exhaust out into the hall barely works. This isn't an ideal setup but I have had this setup with an old unit that worked fine. Eventually replaced that old unit as being 10 year old it eventually stopped working. 30-60 minutes on full cooling and my bedroom has moved rom 24 down to 23C... The only benefit is I can feel cool air which at least helps take the edge off but I can't help feel disappointed. The unit offers much potential but clearly with a manufacturer base set up is not sufficient and you will need further investment to make this unit deliver effectively. Not sure about the efficiency either given how my bills have skyrocketed when using the unit but ironically I am not getting the cooling from it! Great potential but cannot recommend unfortunately.

Works great but the box came with the wrong window kit, so the tube will not connect. I had to make something from the packaging to get it working.

sleek air conditioner and cools down our large room very well. for context we have very high ceilings so our previous unit didn’t do a great job; this one works much more efficiently and the smart app feature is great; allowing us to set it to turn on in intervals overnight allowing our bedrooms to stay cool but without freezing us at the same time. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abit bigger and heavier then I expected apart from that this is a very well made air conditioning unit cools a room quickly and very reliable recommend you buy one before stock runs out summer time essential
