Recommend use with exercise
Lipozene is a good product that assist with weight loss but for the best results you need to exercise daily a minimum of 15 minutes. Workout could be as simple as yoga or beginner Pilates. There isn't a taste or after taste. No pain relief noticed. I noticed that when you stop it you will regain weight not as fast but it will come back.
