I have used this exact gel for over 10 years. I used to have to purchase it outside of the USA. But things changed with purchasing outside the USA several years ago and it was so difficult to get my card to work because of all the verification steps. A big pain in the butt and I still wasn't able to purchase it because it just wouldn't work. So I had to quit buying it. I was forced to use another product that I could get in the USA with a prescription, and that product isn't near as good. And let me tell you, I used to pay A LOT of money when I could buy this exact product back when I could get it. No kidding, $120.00-160.00 per tube - EXACT SAME PRODUCT, SAME STRENGTH. So when I saw this on Amazon back in November '24, I about flipped out I was so excited. I immediately ordered 4 tubes. My first order never arrived, I wasn't charged so I cancelled the order after quite some time. It happens. So in March 2025, I tried again. This time, it got the product. Why you WANT THIS PRODUCT. There is nothing like it OTC that I've tried in my last 20 years of fighting wrinkles. My deep wrinkles have faded a great deal fairly well and quickly, in a matter of weeks. Fine lines fade quickly too but the deep wrinkles at the corners and under my lower lip were pretty deep. I still have them but not at all to the degree I did before using this. I only use a tiny bit every few days, like 1/4th a pea size for my whole area I was treating. Never more than a pea size for my whole face, which is rare because I spot treated for the most part. If you use this too often, you will have constantly peeling and red skin. Use on clean, dry skin and apply early before going to bed so it has time to soak in and not wipe off on your pillow. KEEP AWAY from eyes, eyelids and lips. Use a light moisturizer on top of this product. I don't wash my face the next day. I just wipe with a warm rag around my eyes and then apply a good moisturizer or face cream. I don't wear makeup on my skin either so I don't know how it works under makeup. KEEP OUT OF THE SUN. I'm not even talking about a good sunscreen here. Just completely stay out of the sun and yes, still use your sunscreen products. Your skin is very sensitive with this product, and you don't want to do more damage. This product has a long shelf life and a little goes a long way.

I’ve been using tretinoin for years and this product is the best OTC product that’s out there. .1% is the strongest for this solution so if you’re new, I strongly suggest you start with .025% and go from there. This will make you peel really bad, but it is so good for the skin especially older skin. Highly recommend.

This is the real deal. Use lightly and only a few nights per week at first. It’s the first RetinA product I’ve used that actually did something. It’s strong. I am already seeing benefits. (2-3 applications)

I haven’t seen much salt yet, but it is definitely very intense. You have to mix it with a regular serum. I mean after two days it immediately made my skin start to heal. I suggest finding a mixture or going with the lower version of it to start with I wish I would read the reviews a little bit more to see it.

This tretonin and retin A product works very well on my stubborn hormonal acne! Important to GO SLOWLY when using- Do Patch Test before applying on larger areas. Highly recommend!

Only used it twice so far on Monday and Wednesday out of the week and my skin is peeling really good, adv not to use anymore than that as it will make you skin really sensitive. And don’t forget the sunscreen

I’m 72 and haven’t kept a regular skin routine all these years, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. However I was pleasantly surprised to find this product that worked this well-ESPECIALLY AT THIS PRICE! I had used the name brand Retin-A from a dermatologist a few times and loved the quick results, but couldn’t afford the $60.00 a tube price (it’s more now). This product (Retinol 0.1% Gel), did everything I was hoping for: didn’t burn my skin, peeled and tightened. I didn’t see any instructions, but I knew how important it was to apply correctly from my dermatologiist, so here’s my tips: 1. ALWAYS apply to clean, dry skin, full strength. (especially before first application use soft facial brush, etc. to remove dead skin). 2. Expect peeling in 5-7 days (will peel like a sunburn, not flake). I’ve found applying moisturizer under make up doesn’t stop peeling, but helps make up look better during this process. Not pretty, but necessary! 3. Keep using! The goal is smooth, shiny, tight skin, and even at 72 I was happy with the results. (I gave 4 stars out of 5 only because the peeling wasn’t as good (deep?) as my $60.00/tube brand, but this is a wonderful product and I will continue to use it).
