This is a fantastic shower system! It’s a perfect drenching rain head, that also has an incredible detachable head with many spray settings. I take my showers pretty seriously. I work outside in Florida so my afternoon shower is very important to me. This is the shower experience that I’ve always wanted! The pressure is amazing and the feeling is luxurious. It was easy to assemble and install for the most part, though the gimbled adjustments are tough and tight. I figured out that it’s because of the weight of the unit. It needs to be tight in order to support the weight. But I did ultimately get it where it needs to be for a proper alignment. Once I got it aligned, it’s been the absolute BEST shower experience of my life. I can’t believe this I have this kind of shower in my home now. I got the “Starlight”, which is a brushed nickel look because I’ve always loved that color for my shower, and it matches my caddy. My shower has never been what I’d call “fancy” but now it’s a better experience than any I’ve had anywhere else. It looks great, works beautifully, and I look forward to my showers more than ever before. The price for this kind of shower experience is a no-brainer. Thrilled!!!

Great Rain Shower head and Hand-wand attachment. Packaged well and looks nice. I purchased the chrome version. It was simple & easy to install >10 minutes max. You get extra washers and a California flow restrictor washer-type insert. It's a great shower head that was priced right. It's ABS plastic verses heavy brass and metal pieces. It won't rust and it works just perfect! It looked too big at the beginning of installation-But it was PERFECT! The hand held wand has many settings and it's so easy to put back into it's magnet holder. It has great water pressure and it's so quiet I highly recommend it! The hand held makes it easy to clean out your shower ! Get 1 and enjoy!

Product arrived on time,...easy to install,...needed to screw in 90 degrees more to position rain shower head right above head, but had some difficulty doing so, as it was already tight,...redid it twice, and it was okay, made it work,...EXCELLENT water pressure, strong,...magnet better than a hook,...love the extra spout on the top so you can clean the shower, like hosing it down,...might drip post shower, but it goes away after a few minutes,...light, made of plastic, but seems durable, so far,...some leakage at main shower connection, but sealed it with silicon, all good,...not perfect, but a very good product

WOW. 🚿✨ Exactly what I was looking for: a SOFT rain water showerhead. And washing off my shampoo and conditioner was SO much easier than the other rain showers I've experienced (experienced at least 7 other rain showers). The amount of water and the water pressure really does give it a luxurious, really enjoyable shower experience. Ordered it just after midnight, arrived 7 hrs later (!) and took maybe 12 mins from opening the box to full installation. Super smooth experience from purchase, to delivery, to install, to showering. I'm so impressed --- it's barely been 24 hrs since I purchased it, received it, took a morning AND evening shower, and then I immediately ordered another one as a gift. Hope it arrives early tomorrow as planned and then I'm headed to my friend's new place and going to surprise her with a new shower head. We have a new, large walk-in shower and this thing has turned showering into a whole new experience. It is very good quality. For the price... it's excellent quality. It has that heavy (but not too heavy) feel to it. I've never had a high-end Delta or Moen shower head, but I don't know how they would be any better than this thing. Installation was quite simple and straight forward. I did not install the flow restrictor and would recommend the same unless you live in the desert. Once installed (with a few basic tools and some of the included Teflon tape ) there were no leaks at all. Just made a few easy connections (and made sure all the included rubber seals were in place) and it was ready to go! The smaller head is attached to the base by a good magnet (but easy to unmount). The hose is good quality and plenty long enough. The lever used to switch water flow from the large/main head to the smaller head is large and easy to operate... and low enough for my 5'1" wife to reach easily. My wife cleans houses for a living and she has seen many different high-priced shower heads. She said this one is better than all of them. She also said many of them have a lever that is very small, difficult and even painful to move the water flow from one head to the other. She said this one is wonderful. The water flow from the main head is truly amazing. The flow is soft, relaxing and covers you like a gentle rainfall in the rainforest. No joke! It's everything you'd expect from a more expensive brand. The smaller, removable hand-held head has 7 or 8 different settings. Each one is pretty amazing including the... as I call it, the "powerwasher setting". It blasts out a single stream from the top of the hand-held head that could almost remove the tile from the shower wall! Be careful with that one and aim it in a safe direction! Overall, it is one amazing shower head and I'm so glad I purchased it! If I had to list any complaints, they would be... 1) during installation, attaching the main base to the water pipe coming out of the wall was simple, but when trying to get the base to a vertical position, as it should be, it took some work. The movement/rotation of the main base on the integrated ball-joint was very tight and rather difficult to maneuver. It takes two hands for sure and pair of channel locks for holding the water pipe to keep it from twisting inside the wall. It did take some effort, but that tight fit also gives it the feeling that once you get it positioned where you want it, it's definitely not going to slip, turn or sag on its own. 2) The main, rectangular shaped head is quite large. Our shower is large too. I think it fits/looks great. My wife laughed when she first saw it because the main head is much larger than any shower head we've had before (now she loves it:). So if you plan to put this thing up in a small/standard shower or bathtub shower, it will look massive. 3) My last complaint is... I thought water flow could be turned on for both heads at the same time, but not really. When you move the selector switch into the middle, so that water will flow from both heads at the same time, the water comes out with a pretty weak flow from both heads. I had hoped both heads could spray with more power at the same time. Both heads are great on their own, so I don't really need them on at the same time anyways. That's it! I love it!!! Definitely one of my favorite purchases for the new house!

Took about 5-10 minutes to install. No leaks anywhere. Everything fits together perfectly and moves smoothly and easily. Good pressure, not too powerful, but not like a weak rain. I'm 6'2" and its tall enough for me to stand under without having to worry about hitting my head. Would recommend

I bought this as a replacement for a shower head/spray combo that we have had for several years. The new one is better in some respects and worse in others than our old shower system. On the plus side, the rain shower portion is magnificent and would rate 5 stars by itself. The spray shower rates only two stars. On the plus side, it has several settings providing differing spray options and they function well. The magnetic attachment is both positive and negative. As a positive, it attaches securely and doesn't fall off at all. On the negative side, the direction of the spray can't be adjusted without disconnecting the sprayer from the magnet. In my case when you turn it on, it sprays directly in my face. Very negative. I would give the sprayer only two stars. For another positive, it was easy to assemble and does NOT leak. Five stars for assembly ease. Finally, on the negative side, are the materials used. Other than the rain shower head and the sprayer hose, everything is made of plastic. I don't know how well it will hold up. Initial rating for materials used is 3 stars, which could go up or down depending on how well it holds up. Only time will tell. I will keep this product because I plan to use the rain shower function most of the time. I'll use the sprayer mostly for cleaning the shower. If I could rate it exactly, I would give it 3.5 stars
