I have a genetic connective tissue condition that causes a great deal of secondary health issues, one of which is poor nutrient absorption and poor gut health (known as "guy dysbiosis"). I had been taking a proton pump inhibitor twice a day for acid reflux issues. I was having a nasty taste excreted from my gums onto my teeth, causing a poor taste in the mouth despite flossing, brushing, mouthwash use, (basically everything I could possibly due to improve dental health, I was doing as often as was possible without overdoing it). I wasn't aware that my genetic condition caused this gut dysbiosis until recently, right before I purchased this particular product. I picked this probiotic because it had the particular strains I sought for the gut, which are strong strains I discovered through my research. After a few days of taking these, I noticed a HUGE change in my oral health. Along with ceasing my morning dose of the proton pump inhibitor, I was able to stop the gum secretion in my mouth, changing my breath, my dental health, and obviously my gut health for the better in magnitudes! I also struggle with eosophageal dismotility, which makes swallowing large pills very difficult to impossible. These pills are a very acceptable (and easy to swallow) size, and even though there are two per dose, I could manage them easily. This is a great product for the money, and I am a repeat buyer. As I stated, it has improved my gut health and through that my dental health. I highly recommend these for anyone seeking a quality probiotic.

This is a truly amazing product works great

Small pills. Easy to swallow. Tasteless and odorless. Seems to be of good quality. I like the high amount of strains. Reasonable price. I haven't been taking them very long (about 2 weeks) but it seems my energy has increased, my sleep has improved and I just generally feel more centered and less stressed. I know the gut controls a lot. I'm glad I got these. I will buy again. It says take after a meal. I take during breakfast and with a prebiotic (benefiber)to help feed the probiotics.
