excellent product, US made.
American made, tested for 3 years. never let me down, used on 4,500 Lb 4runner vehicle no problems, ultra light, ultra grippy, easy to position, easy to feel the 'LIP' by driving real slowly at the end of the ramp so you don't overshoot. The fact they are split in the middle means once your car is up you can remove the first half of the ramp and still get that all important access close to the axle / wheel area. highly recommended product, this was a worth while investment that makes working on your car at home a whole lot easier and safer than working with just a jack and wood blocks / jack stands. I got the 10" version and can easily fit under the truck at the front. if you have a slight incline on your driveway these will not slip Provided your working in the dry (thats a given i hope!) and provided its a regular concrete drive with a little texture.

Great ramps
I love these ramps. They're solid, so I don't worry about them collapsing like most other ramp designs; there's nothing to collapse. They're lightweight, so they're super easy to move around and handle. The removable front part gives way more room to work on things. They're foam encased in basically a bedliner-type material, so weather doesn't bother them (I left a car sitting on them outside all winter once). They're long and smoothly sloped so I can finally pull my low-ground-clearance cars up on them. They're also really handy for things like my '95 Caprice and '04 Grand Marquis, where the front overhang and lower air dam make it a pain to get a regular floor jack underneath to the front crossmember; I can drive up on these and then use a floor jack to get the car farther up in the air for something like removing a transmission. The relatively long length of these does make it more important to get out a tape measure and make sure they're parallel before pulling up on them, but that's a small price to pay for the incredible convenience. The stops on the end are adequate to keep you from driving off unless you get too wild. I did buy the Race Ramps branded wheel chocks (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003ZAGPGU), which are not the chepaest chocks around, but are also of good quality. It's important to chock the wheels when using ramps like these where there isn't really an indent for the tires - but the flat part is honestly wide enough that it shouldn't be a problem if you want to live dangerously.

You get what you pay for
Exactly what I needed. Low profile ramps that didn’t scrap. These things were sturdy and durable. I changed my oil right away and had no issues. I know they were pretty expensive but if it will save your life invest in good ramps.

Lightweight, detachable back half very convenient, works for most cars
Tempted to give 4 stars, but decided that a caveat is better than decreasing by a star. These ramps are SO MUCH NICER than asking my wife to pull up on the wheel well while I back it off my old metal ramps.... (to keep the air dam from being torn or torn off). So, the caveat - In comparison to the width of a wheel, ok, tire, not a lot to play with. I am an engineer armed with a tape measure and I ensure the ramps are parallel, which can be tedious. Plus you have to ensure they line up front to back and are not crooked - you can hang out the door and look every once in a while, but that is not safe. So, my caution first - make sure the ramps line up correctly. Now the great part - lightweight - most cars and even minivans will safely meet the 1500 pound limit - easy to use - and the detachable back half makes it easier to get to things. If you need heavier duty ones, you can contact the manufacturer via their website.

Really strong and convenient ramps
I love these ramps! I previously had the generic walmart ramps that were quite a few years old, the problem was that there was nothing on them to grip the ground and thus they loved to shoot out from under the wheels when driving up. These race ramps are nice and sticky, I've used them on my concrete garage floor and the asphalt driveway and they are solid. I bought them for my Focus RS and use them for oil changes and recently did a intercooler/downpipe install - they worked perfect and gave me ample room underneath. I also used them with a lowered mustang, which scraped on the cheapie ramps, the race ramps allow lowered cars to use them since they're so long. Lastly the 2 piece ramps are nice in that once your car is up, you can remove the ramp extensions to have additional access from the side.

Great, heavy-duty ramps...worth the $$.
Some people just aren't too smart. Before I bought these, I read one review where someone said they could only be used with "high-performance racing tires." False. I read another review where someone said they are just painted foam. False. I don't know what these are made of, but it is a very high-strength and lightweight compound. I used them yesterday for the first time and they performed exactly as they should. I used them on a dirt surface. The vehicle was a classic 1982 Jeep Scrambler wearing aggressive BFG KO2 All-Terrain tires. As a back-up, I put a couple of 6-ton jack stands under the front axle. They weren't necessary. At the end of a day of work in the hot sun, the ramps still looked new. I thought I might see some tread indentations with the aggressive, heavy-lugged tires, but there were none. I drove the Jeep down off the ramps and you could not tell they had even been used...aside from some dust. Yes, these ramps are more expensive than others on Amazon, but they are worth every penny. I now trust them without reservation.

A must have if you own a low profile vehicle
I bought a set of these ramps because I have a low profile vehicle (2023 Camaro). They are a bit expensive, but they are lightweight, making them easy to carry. And the shallow angle allows me to drive my Camaro up on them without scrubbing the front end.

Fantastic products - they're a bit pricey and you normally get what you pay for - with that being said I think they're seriously overpriced. But if you need to get up onto ramps with a low front end these get you there. These 56" 2 piece ramps are easy to store since they break down, but the 11" of lift they give you really puts the nose in the air quite a bit. If you're just doing oil changes, the next size down is probably the sweet spot. That said - I've been under my Mustang which is slightly lower than stock, and had the wife's CRV up on them too for maintenance. I don't even look at my old ramps when I have these. Making them slide takes effort but can be done - but all in all they are very very slip resistant compared to anything else I've ever used.
