After weeks of research and reading reviews, I finally decided to invest in a red light therapy lamp—and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve been using it consistently for about a month now, and the results are noticeable. Build Quality & Design The lamp feels solid and well-made. The controls are intuitive, and it includes a timer, which is super convenient for set-and-forget sessions. Performance The lamp emits both red and near-infrared light, which target different layers of skin and muscle. Within the first two weeks, I saw a clear improvement in my skin tone—less redness and a more even texture. I’ve also noticed reduced muscle soreness after workouts. Sessions are relaxing and feel like being at a spa.

This thing is fantastic! Is the perfect size and got it with the stand which I love! Perfect for whole body or just to sit in front of it for 25-30min for each area you want to target. So far it’s been a dream and has worked perfectly. I feel and see a difference with my face/neck area and even my lower back which I also use this for. My back pain has been almost nonexistent. Great RLT panel and super easy to put panel and stand together. I’ve recommended this product to several people now and it was recommended to me by my back doctor. Worth the $$!

Very pleased with the quality and size of the 1620 Watts/324 LED red-light sytem. When used on the floor its more than tall enough to to accomodate a sitting person. It’s certainly worth the investment if you’re wanting to explore red light therapy.

I love our red light panel, and try to use it daily. After a month of daily use, I had pain relief in my lower back that I have been struggling with for several years. That alone has made me an advocate for red light therapy. I use it for ten minutes front and back as many days a week that I can manage.

About six months ago I purchased a Exesas 1620 Red light near IR therapy Panel. The claims that wrinkles will go way and will make insect bites will go away and stimulate hair growth are actually true. Several of my friends have noticed the difference in my appearance. Several have purchased their own panels. At age 80 it is nice to see wrinkles disappear. My 8-year-old grandson reported that his insect bites went away. Dennis Nagle, PhD
