I would recommend this vitamin to anyone I have always taken D3 and decided to take small capsule to add K2 to my vitamin regiment. I can see a huge difference in my energy level.. very small capsule easy to swallow great value for the money I have it on subscription. I find it very effective on my everyday life.

I bought this because I wanted vitamin D3 and K2 together in one pill. I’m much more consistent when it’s simple, and I didn’t want to juggle two bottles. So far it’s been easy to take. The capsule is small, there’s no taste, and it hasn’t bothered my stomach. I just take it with food and forget about it. I went with this one because the amounts felt right for what I was looking for. 4000 IU of D3 makes sense if you’re not getting a lot of sun, and the K2 is a nice add on for the bone and heart support angle. I’ll come back and update in a few weeks once I’ve been taking it long enough to see how it fits into my routine.

I gave hashimotos and live in Pittsburgh so - well - no sun. Taken everyday, I definitely notice a difference in my mood and energy. Easy to digest and I don’t taste it when I burp which is a plus for me. Haven’t noticed any results yet but I’ll finish this bottle and see.
