I have been using this standing garment steamer for a little while now and it has made my daily routine a lot easier. I like that it heats up quickly because it lets me get through my clothes without waiting around. The steam feels strong enough to smooth out most wrinkles with little effort on my part. I appreciate having the option to steam clothes while they hang or lay flat since it gives me more flexibility depending on the item. The steamer feels more convenient than using a regular iron for most of my shirts and light fabrics. I also like that the steam helps freshen clothes that have been sitting in the closet. Without mentioning other brands or stores, I can tell you that this thing is the most convenient steamer I've ever used. It may not be entirely handheld, but every handheld steamer or iron that I've used to get rid of the wrinkles in my clothes either takes forever to work or does not work at all on some items. For example linen, linen has got to be one of the most difficult to smooth wrinkles out of. And then there's the caution of applying that much heat from metal onto your clothes, it can indeed burn through certain items. But for this, because this machine does such a great job diffusing the water into steam, the distribution of heat is quite equal. The other benefit to this is that it's lightweight in the hands, whereas a handheld steamer or iron can be heavy and you're way more cautious about the hot area touching your skin, with this, the area is smaller and far less concerning and easy to avoid touching. It's also lightweight, so picking it up and relocating it is quite easy. The other cool thing about it is that it comes with its own little bored that flips horizontal vertical depending on your needs. I do also want to note is that the build quality of this thing is awesome. The plastics are solid, the metal is well constructed on the nozzle, and the coils are on the threaded tube worked perfectly to prevent the hotpoints from contact on your skin, so I feel very comfortable when using it. I can't tell you how many times I've been concerned about not paying attention to an iron when it's hot and sitting there. It's just too easy to touch those things and get burned, let alone it falling over hitting something, your kid walks in a room and grabs it, whatever whatever. This steamer is very stable and easily controlled. So do I recommend it? Absolutely! It looks nice, it's built great, it's super effective! I was at first little skeptical simply because I'm used to working with traditional irons and steamers, or something similar, but this has got to be the fastest working and most effective steamer or iron I've ever used. And a quick search of comparable products will definitely tell you that this is absolutely competitive and worth the price.

this steamer is very impressive. it heats up quickly and wrinkles are gone in just few passes. ironing for me is such a tedious task, but the steamer cuts my work in half. it is light weight and works well with many different types of fabrics. the water tank is big enough to last you for several garments. it is also space saving. good purchase overall.

I am very happy with this HAPAIS garment steamer. It heats up really fast (around 30 seconds) and produces strong, consistent steam. The 2L water tank is a big plus — I can steam a full load of clothes without constantly refilling, which saves a lot of time. I also really like the 2-in-1 ironing board feature — it makes steaming shirts, dress pants, and even thicker fabrics much easier and more precise. This steamer is honestly amazing. If you need to quickly get your clothes looking neat, this is the best thing you can have. I really don’t like ironing with a regular iron — I hate it — but this steamer makes everything so much easier that I actually enjoy using it. Good steamer overall but you can only use it in 1 mode either with the flat board or with the hanger for clothes. Wish the board was larger very small working surface.
