Almost 5 Month edit: I wanted to come here and add some more information to my review. I am dropping it down a star. I bought this pillow August 23, 2025. It has already broken down to the point where I am again waking up with neck and shoulder pain. I am really disappointed as it was such a wonderful pillow in the beginning. I had really high hopes for this one. I am going to try another one just to see if this one is fluke or if it is normal. I know they say to replace your pillow every 1-2 years but what if it doesn't even last six months? So far I am giving to give this a 5 star. I was pretty skeptical about buying this as you have to take most reviews with a grain of salt anymore. I first saw the on Facebook and actually watched the ad (which I don't normally do) because they were talking about migraines, which I have chronic ones. I have been sleeping on an Eli&Elm pillow for way to long but couldn't afford to replace it. It has been time to replace my pillow for a couple of years. So I started researching this. The reviews are kind of all over the place so here is mine. Take it as you will this is just one night experience. I received my pillow burrito the next day after ordering it and it fluffed right up. I ordered the black one after reading a couple of comments that the black one was little softer than the other two. I have to say there is a learning curve on how to sleep in this pillow. I usually sleep on my side with my arm under my pillow with my hand sticking out of the top. The cut outs on the side that are supposed to be for your hands/arms are pretty awkward. But I was able to figure out how to get my arm under the pillow. Sleeping on my side, it felt like I was just sleeping on just the raised front edge of the pillow, which didn't sit right in my brain but, honestly, did wonders for my neck. I woke up with zero neck pain this morning. My shoulders are a little stiff this morning but I think it is user error and I just need to figure it out a little better. I did roll over onto my back last night a couple of times and the divot in the middle is actually wonderful. You don't feel the button in the middle of the pillow (Oh that is a snap. There is a button on each side. They just snap together to form that wonderful divot)No pain in my neck or back of my head. Hopefully this pillow will last a while, but at this price I can actually afford to replace when it wears out. So as I said, this gets a 5 star for now. If things change or gets worse I will update.

If you're looking for a pillow that combines style and comfort, I highly recommend this one!

The pillow is not what I expected.. it seems smaller, it's also much more firmer than I'm used to. I tried to use it but only lasted a few minutes. This is just my personal experience, it may be perfect for someone else.

What do this pillow and the Eero Saarinen TWA Terminal at JFK have in common? They look similar and both please me. That said, let’s talk about the pillow. I have rested my head on this for a few weeks now. I find the design and construction, in fact, do provide good support for my neck and upper body. Recently, I had a reverse total shoulder replacement. This pillow helps with the support needed while I heal. I hope the firmness lasts. One thing remains to be seen and that’s how easily the cover can be removed and put back after washing. I’ll get back to you on that!

It a nice pillow. But who ever delivered it was really lazy they walk half way up my stairs then threw it to the top of the stairs which is like 30 ft away from my door. And this is the 3rd time its happened this month the delivery ppl are being lazy and rude by throwing stuff around

My wife bought one of these pillows. i tried it and i liked it so much I bought one for myself. I have arthritis in my left clavicle, shoulder and back. Sleep is often difficult as a result of the pain. This pillow has made a world of difference in the quality of sleep I get at night. It is very comfortable. I wish I had known about it sooner.

The pillow does what it says not sure if they have a queen or king. Size. This has been good for my neck.
