Perfect for the carnivore diet and amazing flavor! This beef tallow from Brandt Beef is incredible. I used it to season my Blackstone grill, and now I cook almost everything with it — eggs, burgers, and steaks all taste so much better. The texture is similar to coconut oil but a little firmer, and it melts just as easily. It has a super high smoke point, so it doesn’t burn or smoke like butter, and when it turns to oil, it gives food this rich, savory flavor that’s unbeatable. I’m on the carnivore diet, and this tallow makes it so much easier to stick to — everything I cook with it tastes amazing. I’ll definitely be buying more!

First time buying beef tallow. Haven’t tried it yet but I bought the big size one and was surprised to see an expiration date of September 2026. Idk if that’s common or not

Haven't actually cooked with it yet but seems to be of high quality and is of a little firmer consistency than what I am currently using which is more "creamy" at room temperature. Will definitely buy again if the firmer consistency pans out like I think it should.
