If I forget to take these I really know about it. If you're pregnant these are the best by far. I've taken other brands with previous pregnancies and not felt any difference.

These Centrum pregnancy vitamin tablets and capsules are easy to consume and feel very good quality. My wife said they are tasteless and the size isn't too big so can be swallowed quite easily. I checked these out from big brand Centrum. These vitamins come in a standard blister that holds the vitamins well and is easy for an adult to access. The tablets have a limited range of vitamins and supplements, concentrating on the key vitamins and minerals though all at decent percentages of recommended allowances. They are small enough to be able to swallow easily with water, though you'll need to take both types each day. Overall though these are absolutely fine as vitamins and could help to make sure you are getting everything you need during pregnancy.
