Held my head, allowing me to sleep for about half of a 10 hour red eye. The eye covers have a recess so they don't press on your eyeballs. The chin strap worked well too. The seat must have a narrow top or, most common, the adjustable sliding headrest that kind of folds to fit your head. The straps will fit around the sliding headrest but are not long enough to wrap around a seat that is full width to the top. You could probably buy some extension straps if needed for a wide seat back. Of course sleeping sitting up is horrible, but this helps. BTW, I consider all those pillow neck rings, like are sold at the airport, to be 100% useless.

I waited to write this review until I could fully evaluate the quality and durability of this travel mask and I’m genuinely impressed! One of the main reasons I ordered this mask pillow is because it includes a chin strap, which is a total game-changer for me. I recently developed obstructive sleep apnea and sometimes sleep with my mouth open (and I wake up with the worst dry mouth and dry throat imaginable), so having that extra adjustable chin support helps me stay comfortable and prevents my head from falling forward. Since I can’t use my CPAP machine on the plane, this functional mask pillow support is the perfect solution for getting real rest in transit. The design is thoughtful and travel-friendly. It packs easily into my carry-on bag without taking up much space. The materials feel high-end and durable and nothing about it feels flimsy or cheap. Both the eye mask and the chin strap have velcro at either end and attaches to the pillow nicely. It stays secure, and allows you to adjust the size/tension for functional use. I’ve already used it on a few short trips, and I can tell it will hold up well for the long haul. Also, it provides pain relief because it gently supports my head and prevents headaches which I sometimes get after long flights. The velcro adjustment ability of the chin strap lets me find the perfect fit for my comfort level, and the storage capacity of the included travel pouch makes it easy to pack and keep everything together neatly when I’m on the go. The included instruction guide is clear and easy to follow, showing both ways to use the pillow: with or without the eye mask. I appreciate that it provides simple, step-by-step visuals for securing the straps to a plane or car headrest, so you can set it up quickly even while boarding. The QR code for a detailed usage video is a nice touch, and the fabric and material details listed on the tag make it feel well thought out and travel-friendly. So, if you travel frequently or you're a light sleeper like me who needs total darkness, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s comfortable, supportive, and worth every penny for travel or daily/nightly use at home!!

Used this on a 6 hour flight, great sleep. It keeps your head up and mouth closed which is a blessing for us mouth open sleepers. I wish there was a neck support (the neck pillows don’t work with this, it’s just too much stuff and you can’t strap your head in and prop the neck with a pillow comfortably IMO). Eye mask is extremely darkening and it folds up to fit into a carry on. I might look like a gimp but I will be using this on all my flights.

This is the best travel buddy ever!! I recently went on a 13 hour flight and used this for sleeping. Best sleep I’ve ever had on a plane! You just slip the straps around the head rest, cinch them up, put the eye mask on the Velcro and you’re good to go. I didn’t use the chin strap because the eye mask kept my head still. It’s totally adjustable so you can make the mask or the chin strap as tight/loose as you want. The eye mask has foam around the eye socket do it doesn’t press on your eyes. Great for those of us with eyelash extensions. And it completely blocks out the light. I found that I was able to affix the airplane blanket onto the Velcro as well and made myself a little sleep cave. I was comfy and warm the entire flight. I could see how this might even work in a car for long road trips. Won’t go anywhere without it!

I would rate this over 5/5 if I could! I’ve been having neck problems & was dreading my 10ish-hour flights to/from Europe. I got this to try to avoid a sore neck and to prevent constant wake ups from head movement. I actually got quality sleep on both of my flights. I’d buy it again & recommend it to anyone who asks!

This is a game-changer for me. Holds head steady, is comfortable, and allows for excellent "sitting up" sleep.

I really wanted to like this pillow. The good thing is that I was definitely able to attach it to my seat back and wear it for a couple of hours. However, it was not as sturdy as I hoped it would be and did not hold my head as still as I would’ve liked. No issues with it coming apart so far. This is more of a comfort issue for me.

I had high hopes for this item but unfortunately didn’t love it. I am hard to please, admittedly, because I feel like a caged spider monkey on planes. One time I had to ride home from Thanksgiving with family (2.5 hour drive) in our Tahoe between my 2 kids in the backseat & felt very claustrophobic & uncomfortable. So I propped myself up by using a belt wrapped around my head and a pillow & I was able to sleep even though both kids used me as their pillow. (After that trip, we traded that car for a Yukon and an extra row of seats.) But with that concept in mind, I was very optimistic that this would offer the same results as the pillow+belt. It put my back at a funny angle. And although the Velcro is great because it secures you, it’s pretty loud to adjust. I had also bought one for my travel buddy, my 80-yr old MIL & she felt the same way. We were on an 8+ hour flight. So kudos to the concept. It may be more the fault of the seat shape that it wasn’t comfortable…but alas, the search continues for an option that will actually help me sleep on long flights.

I’ve always struggled to get any rest on long-haul trips—my head would flop forward, my neck would ache, and I’d wake up feeling worse than when I boarded. This is by far the most comfortable, no-fuss travel pillow I’ve ever tried—I fell asleep faster, slept deeper, and arrived feeling refreshed for once.

Muy funcional y cómodo. Si me ayudo a dormir en un vuelo de 11 horas. Detiene la cabeza Perfecto y la barbilla también. Así que evita el ronquido al mantener la boca cerrada. Y el antifaz es muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo.

J’ai utilisé ce coussin lors d’un vol long-courrier Paris → Japon, et honnêtement… j’ai passé ma meilleure nuit en avion. Il se fixe parfaitement au siège et maintient super bien la tête, sans pression désagréable. Aucune douleur aux cervicales, pas de tête qui tombe, pas d’inconfort. Je me suis vraiment reposée et je suis sortie de l’avion reposée, ce qui ne m’était jamais arrivé avant. C’est une excellente alternative pour toutes les personnes qui ont déjà testé tous les oreillers de voyage classiques sans jamais réussir à dormir. Pour moi, c’est validé à 100 %. Top produit
