Helps with My Body Temp!
I ordered this iron supplement after my doctor recommended boosting my iron levels to help with low body temperature following weight loss. The capsules arrived in a sturdy blister pack that makes it easy to track daily doses and keeps each pill fresh. Each capsule goes down smoothly with water and so far it has been completely gentle on my stomach. In the first week I noticed no discomfort or bloating, unlike other iron brands I’ve tried. The extra multivitamin tablets are a welcome bonus for overall health support. After two weeks of taking these capsules I feel noticeably warmer in the mornings and less chilled throughout the day. My energy levels have improved and I’m not reaching for extra blankets as often. I keep the blister pack on my nightstand so I don’t miss a dose, and the clear labeling makes it simple to stay on schedule. For the price, the quality and results make this a solid value. I’ll be refilling before I run out and would recommend it to anyone struggling with cold sensitivity or low iron.

No nausea, ferritin levels raised quickly!
My daughter has been anemic for a few years now. She tried taking normal iron supplements, but every one she tried gave her extreme nausea and dizziness, so she stopped taking iron altogether. We did a little research and found that Active Iron is known to provide iron for the body without negative side effects like ones she experienced. We ordered these to try out, and they have been wonderful. No nausea, no upset stomach, no dizziness. Even when taking them on an empty stomach, they cause no side effects. She has been taking these for 44 days now, and the difference is clear! Her fatigue has lessened significantly. Her Ferritin levels have risen from 18 ng/mL to 45 ng/mL according to lab work done before and after she began use.

Good multivitamins and Iron combination
My iron levels were low the last time I went to the doctor which explains a lot about why I have been tired all the time. I bought these because they come with both iron capsules and vitamin tablets which help the body to absorb the iron. They are non-constipating and they are truly gentle on my stomach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with various iron pills, but these were pretty easy to swallow, even though they didn't taste very good. They had a bit of a maybe vinegary taste to them, but that wasn't a problem if you swallow them right away. Overall, they are a good vitamin and worth the money. I'm happy with them and I think you will be too.

Sour taste
It does have a what I would call a sour taste to it so I would recommend taking it with OJ or apple juice or coconut water

Amazing
These absolutely gave me my life back. My iron was so low I could barley move. After 2 weeks of none stop taking these with vitamin C. I feel so much better!

Nauseous All Day
The iron pill has this extremely strong metallic cloying scent. Started taking these, and two days in started to feel nauseated constantly. I felt nauseous throughout the day for the 3 weeks that I took them. I could take the iron at 6 AM, and literally feel nauseous at 11 PM that night. It was persistent for those weeks. I wasn’t originally sure if it was the iron or the multivitamin that was causing this side effect. So I decided to stop taking the iron, and about two days after, I had no more nauseousness. If you have this side effect, a good second option is Gentle Iron vegetable supplements. They have the same 25 mg dosage.
