Lightweight and funtional
I was recovering from a shoulder injury when i came across this product. Purchased the 66" (I am 6' tall). Price is higher than other options on Amazon. But the fitness poles has very comfortable grips, its lightweight (less than a pound), and strong enough to not feel flimsy yet still able to bend to allow a good stretch and muscle activation. Would recommend this to anyone recovering from an injury or just as a tool to stretch/warm up muscles and joints.

The most expensive stick you can buy
A hundred bucks for a stick. A strong flexible stick... but still🤣

SNAPPED IN 2
I appreciate the mobility stick, but unfortunately, it broke within two weeks of training, despite its nearly sixty-dollar price. It seems to reinforce the adage that you get what you pay for.
