Works very well. Only issue is awarp in backrest. Haven't taken time to fully address issue with supplier. I spend some time sitting in recliner & pressing feet against "wave" in back but not much progress yet. I can replace the back. I'll need to talk with company as other matters have been more important. This rollator is great, having adjustable features, to include the flip to backrest from walker to chair transporter, a great feature to have. Larger wheels are much better than many other products. Seat is solid, not the folding type & very comfortable. Sometimes people will ask about it. Good product!

Fairly easy to put together quickly, and sturdy! The wheels glide so easily and it feels like you are gliding softly forward, even when someone is pushing you! This is a great walker/transport chair. The only issue may be that it is awkward and heavy to lift and to store. The should have provided straps to keep it in a folded position because when you fold it, the minute you try to lift it then it becomes unfolded again, it just opens back up. So I had to take the seatbelt provided and use that to secure the legs so we could fold and store it. And it's heavy. But other than that, the actual workability of the chair is excellent.

I loved, loved, loved this 2 in 1. It’s sturdy, feels solid when you sit in it, is comfortable, has great back support, changes from walker to wheelchair easily, and is the perfect deep colored red. With that said, sadly, I returned it because the wheels were too slippery. I tried using it just around the house on the carpet and tile. Though the hand brakes work great, the issue is with the tires being polyurethane and not rubber, they were very slippery. I would apply the handbrakes and the brakes would lock up perfectly, however, if I was still leaning on the unit, it would slide across the floor, which created a fall hazard. We looked around to see if there were rubber wheels we could purchase and change out because I loved the rest of this unit so much. Unable to find any tires that met the required specs, we contacted the company to see if they offered different wheels that we could purchase, but unfortunately, they do not. I loved this chair so much that I tried everything I could think of to make adjustments so that I could keep it. I researched different types of wheels, and found that this specific type of wheels is often used and warehouses, and the warehouses use etching tools to create grooves in the tires to improve traction. We, of course, didn’t want to go to that extent and/or risk damaging the tires, so sadly we ended up returning this unit due to the issue with the tires. Had it not been for the tire issue I would have given this a 5 stars++ review. The company was very easy to work with and accepted the return with no issues.

Very conflicted. The idea is great. We used this as a walker and a wheelchair in all different types of terrains. It let us do things we haven’t been able to in a long time. Unfortunately, in the wheelchair position, the seatback is no longer supporting my husband. He is practically reclining. He leans past the handles and I can’t push the wheelchair. It’s very difficult for him to sit up straight. Hopefully I can fix this.

This is perfect.very Sturdy and great for wheelchair for restaurants , church etc.

I had this put together and then used it at PT this week. It was described as being very sturdy per the physical therapist and I found it to be very reassuringly stable because of the weight (30lbs). Using it on the thin carpet and the linoleum tile was about the same. I know that some have described it as sliding on tile but that wasn’t my experience. I plan to use it in the mall to work on walking strength (I use the wheelchair and can really only walk ~200 ft before feeling exhausted). Highly recommend.

I pored over endless rollators on Amazon wanting to purchase one that is well-made and will last. The first thing to know is that the handles used to push the rollator are adjustable allowing me to stand straight up without hunching over. I can also put my weight on my forearms to push it so that my Arthritis is not aggravated from gripping the handles. When used as a wheelchair, my tall husband can easily adjust the handles so it is better suited for his height when he is pushing me. The seat is comfortable for breaks when walking. I have used this on hikes over dirt and gravel, and it handles nicely. My only concern is that it is not as compact as my featherweight wheelchair, so I will not be using it when I fly. This may not be a problem for others, just my preference. It is well-made and seems like it will endure over the years. I do not regret this purchase.

My mom receives compliments every day about this chair. Anytime we are out for her treatment days, she gets asked where we got the chair. It is the perfect size for her, and it is easy to get in and out of the chair. (I have CRV) . It's a game-changer when she is ready to sit down and is so reliable. If you have a parent who is in the between mobility stage, this is your lifesaver.
