A simple yet fun game
I would say it is too hard for a 3-4 year old to stack, but that is okay - my near 4-year-old relative had fun just putting 1 scoop on the cone and handing it out to family members. Meanwhile, I had fun and found it to be the right amount of challenge stacking the ice cream as intended. It's good that it comes with 2 scoops (I saw another set that was only 1 scoop).

Ehhh
My daughter loves it but the ice creams fall off, you can’t stack them.

Cute, small, hard to balance
These are pretty cute little ice cream toys. The pieces are very light weight. No magnets or sticky Velcro, it’s all balancing the hollow ice cream dollops onto each other. I wish there were two ice cream cones included in the set instead of just one. The ice cream set is a little smaller in size than I imagined but that’s because we have a Melissa and Doug set that is much larger, heavier, and solid. This is a cute toy that is not meant to be solid and sturdy like the m&d set. However my 2 and 3 year old have been playing with it since we got it. They love counting the ice cream dollops and trying to stack them as high as they can. They also like stacking them on our fingers and wiggling them around. Overall I think the $10 price point is reasonable for the product. And my girls really seem to like it. (I’d say the dollops are probably 1/3-1/4 the size of the m&d dollops for size reference).

Family fun
Great activity for my 5 & 7 year old. Can be used as a teaching tool with the colors and stacks well.

Super Cute!
I got this to have on hand for some little friends to use when they visit, and I can tell already that they're going to love it! The ice creams were a little smaller than I expected--smaller than an actual scoop of ice cream, but they're adorable & the scoops (2) are easy to use. There is 1 each of a bowl and cone included. The cone takes some good balancing skills to get the ice cream to stay on, especially for stacking more than 1 scoop, and the bowl is a good bit wider (& deeper) than the cone, so the ice creams tend to slide off to the side in the bowl. It's makes for good hand-eye coordination practice to get them to stack & go up. For the scoop, you receive 2 of them, and you basically just push the scoop down on the rounded side of the ice cream where it lightly clicks in, then the scoop carries the ice cream to the bowl or cone, and the button on top of the scoop is depressed to release the ice cream. It's very simple & straightforward, and it's just as cute in real life as in the pictures...just with slightly smaller scoops of ice cream than what is pictured. Oh--the ice cream & cone could probably go through the top rack of the dishwasher in a lingerie/mesh bag if truly needed, but I'd probably only hand wash/wipe the scoops since I think they'd hold water if they were submerged or went through the dishwasher. Overall, though, we'd definitely recommend this set!
