What a great item. First, for me this is an accurate scale. I tested it against other scales with a fixed weight on a flat, level surface and it gave the same reading. That was the most important thing to me and if it didn't meet that first test I would have returned it. The set ap and app sync process was very easy and just asked for the most basic info to get it ready to do the analysis. No requirements to give address or phone numbers etc. It's quite speedy in the analysation; no more than 10 seconds and the detailed results and breakdown come straight through on your phone It gives an astounding amount of information but will also give the three most important results on the screen, weight, fat % and BMI. It doesn't announce any results for those who care about discretion! What I really like about the item is that you don't have to connect to Bluetooth every time you want to use it. It will store your results and then send these to your phone next time you connect to the app. But it also has a good failsafe; if it detects a 2kg difference against the last reading, it won't save those results which means other persons can use the scale without affecting your results. The only thing I don't like is the app is telling me a ridiculous goal weight and I don't think I've weighed that for 20 years (if ever)!. I don't know where it got that figure but that's a criticism of the app and not this product. I'll continue to ignore it. Obviously, I can't tell if the 25+ detailed readings it gives are 100% accurate without an expensive separate medical analysis but I feel they are very accurate based on my past detailed readings in a medical environment and how I look and feel about my body right now. I'd pretty much guessed my fat ratio v muscle ratio etc and this item seemed spot on. What I care most about now is the trends and I'm confident this item will really help me keep track of those. I'm really blown away by the price and how quick and efficient it is.

quite amazed by the details given by the scale i tested it and compared it to the one installed at my gym and the results were pretty close (of course cant always be the same depending on the time of the day) but the graphs are great to use, the fact you can register several users and have specific profile like athlete or teens not to give wrong data is great Nice i can track all the stats at home now

Love these body fat scales. Prior to this I had regular scales. This was packaged nicely. Easy to assembly and use. Handy instructions booklet takes you through the various functions. It's an excellent addition for any weight loss journey.

This posture smart scale has been really good so far. It’s accurate with weight readings and also gives a lot of extra info beyond just the number on the scale. The body fat, BMI, and other measurements seem pretty reliable, and they’re easy to track in the app. I like having all the detailed data since I’m working toward a specific weight and body fat goal—it makes progress much easier to follow. The larger platform is comfortable to stand on, and overall the scale feels solid and well-made. A great tool if you want more insight into your health than just body weight.

Disappointing, the product stopped functioning. It doesn’t measure the body fat just within 30days of usage.
