EXCELLENT, the only thing that got me off of PPIs.
I am so happy I learned about this supplement. I've been taking PPIs (omeprazole 20mg) for more than 5 years, and my digestion has been slow and gassy. I like to train hard (weight lifting and distance running) and my digestion has been a BIG bottleneck since I couldn't eat the quantity of food I needed, especially proteins. Since I started taking this supplement, I was able to get OFF OF THE PPI medication for the FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS without having the painful and miserable acid reflux rebound. It was nightmare, just two days without PPI medication, I would spit fire. Now I am 15 days without PPI medication, digesting 10x better and feeling much better. I can eat meat just one hour before going to bed, take one of these and I sleep just fine without waking up with acid reflux. This works. Looking forward to more gains at the gym and better overall health!

IF IT SLIGHTLY BURNS YOUR TUMMY YOU DONT NEED IT
This is a great product and is really only needed for those with low stomach acid. A lot of people with indigestion and heart burn actually have low acid not too much. But so many times doctors prescribe an anti acid because it will stop it from coming up your throat. That’s just treating the symptoms though and not treating the root problem. If you are too low in stomach acid you will have terrible heart burn. The test to tell if you are low is to take hcl with pepsin with a meal and if your tummy burns then you know you don’t need it. If it does nothing than you are low in stomach acid, it could take a few weeks to resolve the heartburn but give it time trust me!
