So we should remember that Samsung does not provide OEM replacements for their screens. Having said that, these manufacturers who are trying to provide us a replacement instead of us purchasing a new phone (which Samsung would much prefer), will probably not be able to replicate it exactly. It is important to understand that the thin feature of your Note 9 will no longer remain after having this screen installed. It will certainly have a bulkier look and feel (about 1/4 inch) and unfortunately, your S-Pen, though it will fit in it's new compartment and nicely locks and unlocks as you need it; due to the new bulkier make up of the phone, it does not flush fully inside the compartment for the phone to detect it is in place. That means, it will very frequently ask 'Got your S-Pen?" This is my only reason for taking a star off my rating. Besides that, the image quality is actually quite good. I have found no difference there from my original screen. Vibrant, crisp colors have been my experience; the frame color was exact to match my original, so I am grateful to still have my Note 9 operational until I'm ready to upgrade.

Nice, but way too thick for my case. I wish I paid closer attention to the mention of it being fit…it doesn’t fit inside my case. Also doesn’t have fingerprint unlock from main screen. Frustrating, but still a nice screen.

Not the same as the original. Yes it may work but forget trying to use your old case or getting a new one. Its much thicker then your original. The screen has flat edges instead of the rounded edge. I tried several cases before I even assembled or attached the back glass and it would not fit. You will spend a lot of time and money to find a cass if there is even one that will fit. So take your time and order the right one. It will cost a little more but you will spend that much on a new case.

Installation was a breeze. However, the replacement is faulty. The s pen works with it but fingertip touch does not. This isn't my first time replacing a samsung screen and I've never had this issue. Unfortunately, already being installed on my phone, I cannot return it.
