Repairs for Dell 16" 2in1 Laptop Order through Amazon
When your device fails Dell's warranty will not cover non-Dell components like SSDs in my case. However, the sales vendor like Issaquah will cover the SSD replacement since they installed the component in a Dell device sold by them. Their warranty on components installed by them in this case is 3 years and Dell's Warranty is 1 year. Issaquah is very cooperative and helpful in making these warranty repairs and keeping the customer informed through Amazons Returns & Orders messages when the device was purchased through Amazon. Thank you, Issaquah and Dell, for the warranty services performed in a timely manner.

Does not meet expectations
I am very disaapointed with this laptop. It does not have a Type C port on it. There are only 3 USB ports. All the hubs I have found are type C ports which is not available on this laptop. It is outdated. I had to factory reset it TWICE to get it to run normally. It is not set up for ANY type of games. I didn't think it would be able to play high image quality games but it won't even run any games with out crashing. My music program also crashes often. Before purchasing this laptop I researched the specs to ensure it could do what I needed it to, and unfortunately it does not meet those expectations. I am not even able to transfer pictures from my phone to my laptop...

Why did you pick this product vs others?: 16” is nice size laptop for a person with big hands Laptop quality: Dell is a good quality The laptop has met my expectations. It arrived in excellent condition and has not disappointed. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
