It’s works!
Myself and my fiancé took this pill. I read the instructions and went by that for him, he took 5 pills twice in one day(late afternoon and b4 bed). He did this for two days, well that was to much for him and he’s a military person with a bad sleep pattern. It helped but left a sluggish feeling two days later. I am deep sleeper but Im up in the middle of night using the bathroom so I have interrupted sleep. I took 3 on a Monday night fell asleep 30minutes later slept all night, took 3 on Tuesday night and fell right to sleep. I had a slight sluggish feeling but not as bad as his, he clearly took to many. If anyone is trying this pill you might wanna start off with 1 pill 2x a day, if it don’t work to your liking increase by one pill or find other herbal options. It really does work.

An excellent herbal formula to help with sleep
As a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist I have a long history of taking and prescribing herbs. This is a great formula for those who have issues getting to sleep and staying asleep. Yes, it’s not for everyone…. But I’d say most would benefit from trying it out. Also, I like this brand a lot.

Great sleep aid for some people.
This works really well for my daughter to help her relax enough to sleep without feeling drugged in the morning. It didn't work as well for me, but I have some serious insomnia issues, so I think for the average person who just needs a little nudge to relax and sleep, its a great combination of ingredients that aren't usually contained in most herbal sleep blends.
