Excelente placa hibrida. Fue relativamente facil la instalación. La respuesta del vendedor a todas las preguntas previas a la compra del producto, fueron respodidas muy rápidamente, inclusive solicité al vendedor una copia del manual de usuario y cuando recibí la placa hibrida ya tenia todo muy claro para la instalación y haboa comprado algunos elementos que necesitaba para la instalación del gas. Los controles táctiles trabajan muy bien y muy precisa la respuesta de la placa. La calidad de los materiales es muy buena. Tenía un poco de temor con el transporte de la placa y que llegara quebrada o dañada pues la pedí desde Colombia, afrotunadamente llegó en perfecto estado y el empaque es suficiente para su protección, siempre y cuando la transportadora maneje la caja con su respectivo cuidado. Por el momento no puedo opinar mucho, pues apenas termié de instalarla y no he cocinado mucho. La recomeindo para las personas que quieran tener las dos opciones de cocina a gas e inducción.

Heat goes up ans down on the induction zone When your cooking , the Heat goes down even so you have it on 6 or higher goes down to one or 2 then goes up after a few seconds to 5 or 6 And goes back to 1 or 2 again

We are very happy with the hybrid stove top with both gas and induction. Excellent customer service and quick response when we needed support. Our kitchen was completely remodeled after 45 years and we wanted a modern combo stove top. Highly recommended. By the way, the silicon protectors we use on the glass induction surface was purchased independently on Amazon.

Perfect fit after adding stainless steel strips for flashing around space occupied by old electric cooktop. Great value for the price. Induction power is intermittent for low power settings which I’m told is typical of lower priced cooktops. Customer service is outstanding. Since most of my cookware is non-induction, the gas burners are a life-saver.

Very nice looking , good quality of materials, well assembled BUT: Location of gas burners is upside down, ( more powerful burner located on the back so bigger pots don’t fit ) induction coils fails to work too often , induction controls are not intuitive, ets. So: design overalll is inacceptable !!!
