Really good. I prefer this to Dematica and BioTrade, which have an off putting smell and are slightly thicker in consistency. This has no scent, absorbs easily, and is very effective (for rosacea and just generally clear skin). This applies to the 15% - haven't tried the 10%

This is the strongest and quickest acting azelaic acid I've used so far. I was expecting to have to wait weeks for results but within 5 days I have some fading on recent spots (that were brown marks and are now very pale). My skin is also REALLY soft! I can definitely feel an effect that's just like when I use my AHA/BHA peel. It's a stinging/mild burning, to the point that the first use I did wonder if I was perhaps having an unexpected reaction. However, I stuck with it and the tingle reaches a peak around 5-10 minutes after application, then it dies down. I use this on its own if I'm at home, or under a sunscreen and light makeup if I'm heading outdoors. It takes no time at all to absorb, as by the time I've finished spreading it over my skin and rubbing it in, it's basically dry. It does make my skin a bit pink, but it's not a problem for me and doesn't linger if I stop using it for a day. I'm not sure this would be suited to anyone with dry or sensitive skin, but my slightly oily skin is loving it! I will definitely buy this again when it runs out.

If you've got bad acne, this might be for you but if you have the odd spot here and there, all this will do is dry out the rest of your skin. At least that's what happened to me. It actually left me with dry blotches around my mouth and on my cheeks so whatever is inside here, does not work well with my skin.

This comes in a small pump-action bottle. It dispenses evenly and progressively enabling you to dispense just the right amount. It comes as a smooth white cream which absorbs quickly and evenly into the skin. It certainly begins to sting after a few minutes and I suppose in a way that reassures me it’s working. Or at least doing something! It should be applied after cleansing and before moisturizing. It can be used in both morning and evening routines. I found the tingling calmed down a few minutes after applying moisturiser. Concerning results, it can take a few weeks so I can’t say anything at the moment about that. Recommended. EDIT - 20/11/24 - After only 5 or 6 days I can see a tremendous improvement in my skin. Clearer, calmer, less blotchy. Very impressed. EDIT - 27/11/24 - I used a very small amount every 2 or 3 days. I rubbed it in well, and when dry, followed it by a good moisturiser. My skin is now completely clear. No blotches, no redness, even spots have gone! I'm not impressed anymore, I'm AMAZED. Thoroughly and highly recommended.

I had a very small tiny spot appear on my chin and put some of this on before I went to bed, I put it all over my chin and also on the cheek area around my nose as my complexion isn’t as smooth there so I wanted to see what this cream does. The next day the tiny spot on my chin had more of a head on it and there was a new one just as tiny a few cms away from it on my chin, the area around my nose had more of a redness to it like very mild signs of rosacea had appeared just in one or two patches where is put this cream, and it wasn’t there before. I wasn’t sure if it’s new strong cream so it was waking my pores up. I put this only on my chin the next night as I didn’t want my cheeks to get redder, and the next day both of the spots on my chin were gone just a tiny bit of scar where they had been that was gone in a few days. So, unlike some spot creams that literally stop the spot from breathing and kill it, it didn’t do that although it did take it out eventually I’m not sure if it’s better and healthier for the skin to do it slowly as it brings out the bacteria causing the spot perhaps I don’t know. I’m not overjoyed by the cream as it says it’s to help redness but I definitely had more redness on my cheeks after using it the first time. I’m reluctant to try it again in those areas in case it makes it worse but the redness this cream seemed to create had gone completely within 24 hours roughly anyway. I recommend it to try as my chin was sorted within two days but be careful about spreading it all over. I think the price is ok at the sale price £18.20 currently on at, for the amount in the bottle and it seems well made and mainly natural ingredients, but the full RRP of £26 I feel is too expensive for something that hasn’t proven itself that well. It’s not a miracle.

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and have been using it day and night as per the recommendations to see if it can help to reduce my breakouts/redness specifically on my temples. I have quite sensitive skin and have found that sometimes I feel a little stinging sensation after application therefore I reduced the amount of cream used which helps but this is certainly worth being aware of if you have delicate skin. The pictures I have attached are before and after 3 weeks of use. As you can see there has been a small improvement however, I’m not convinced the results would’ve been much different if I had not used this product. As a result I cannot rate it any more then 3 stars as I personally have not noticed any great results which I would expect for a product with this price tag.

I got this for my daughter who is in her early twenties after the Times Beauty supplement recommended adding azelaic acid to your skincare routine. It has certainly cleared up her rosacea and she has had no bad reactions to it despite it causing a tingling sensation when first applying it. Her skin remains soft and isn’t dried out and yet she uses it most nights. The pump action dispenser is sturdy and accurate. The serum is fragrance free, smooth and not abrasive in texture. My daughter has suggested she will buy it again as it seems well priced in comparison to other Azelaic Acid products.
