I have been taking biotin and ashwagandha for months now and have seen good things so I'm hoping my partner will too. In my experience, especially with the biotin, you do have to be patient and take regularly. They are a little on the pricey side although there's a lot going on here and you can get a discount if you take them on subscribe and save. Early days yet but seem fine so far.
