Sony - HTAN7 BRAVIA Theater U Wearable TV Speaker - Black

These speakers are the best! I received them as a gift and tested them for the past 8 months. Never an issue. I purchased 2 pair for my parents for Christmas for this year. Love that you can have a conversation with spouse while watching TV. I had to wear headsets for the past 8 years and it was tough, when he wanted to say anything. These are quality products, great sound and pronunciation is so much better that a lot of product on the market. Sounds bars are frustrating and still hard to hear and make out what is being said but these.. . You can hear and understand what is being said. LOVE THEM. PURCHASED AGAIN FOR MORE LOVED ONES!!! ❤️

Overall, easy to set up and sounds good. One drawback seems to be a slight delay which is more pronounced on some programs/services. Most helpful for the hard of hearing, especially when you want to be considerate of others that are not watching tv.

Sound is very good but I could not get this to connect to my TV. It did connect to my phone.

Love this thing! I wear it more often than headphones, especially early in the morning or when the family’s asleep. Super comfortable, good sound quality, and the battery lasts a long time. Perfect for watching TV without disturbing anyone.

You cannot compare any of the wearable speakers that amazon sells for under 100 to these. Not even close. And I have tried them all. Probably worth 299, great when on sale for 199, and a steal for 150 which i spent here. I have no idea about all the surround sony stuff, I just connected it to my windows computer and it sounds phenomenal. Like giant speakers are on around me all the time. A must have for apartment dwellers like me. It said Sony refurbished, but it just came in a plastic bag with the cords, so who knows, but to me it seems brand new, and I figured since this thing just came out a few months ago, the battery should be fine anyways since not much use. Get this speaker if you are in the market for a wearable speaker, better then the original bose which I also got refurbished from Bose, but they do not make that one anymore. This sounds way better anyways.

Bought these for my husband's birthday. He's very happy with them. Great price. Zero complaints.

This is an older version that does not connect with Sonys app Bravia Connect. It did connect with some trouble to my new Sony Bravia 9 tv. However it’s a nuisance to turn it on and off having to go into the sound tab and figure out the on and off. And so far this has led to being disconnected from whatever I was watching. Sound is pretty good but this is an expensive set the sound should be good. Not sure if Sony is going to brand it with the name Bravia I would hope they would make it connect through the Bravia app. I won’t use it often so I can live with the connection grief.

The Theater U is AMAZING! This is one of the coolest products that Sony has EVER produced. I love mine and I use them every single day. As a matter of fact, I gave one to everyone on my Christmas list this year and THEY all loved them too. This product is an absolute home run. Try one. You'll wonder how you ever got along without them.
