This exercise bike arrived fast and was very well packaged. Items were neatly organized in the sturdy box. Nothing was missing or damaged. The screws were neatly organized by steps that corresponded with the easy installation instructions. Fully assembled the bike feels very sturdy and well worth the investment. Time will only tell how long the bike will last, but it all looks and feels encouraging. I wasn't able to get the heart rate monitor to work, but I get that through my watch anyways.

This recumbent bicycle came highly recommended with very positive reviews. I purchased it in early July and found it easy to assemble. It was quiet and worked well until September. The problems started slowly—intermittent spells of small noises, clicks and clacks. When I initially tried to contact customer support i received no reply. The noises got louder and more frequent—something was obviously wrong with the turning mechanism. Finally, the company must have learned of my concerns because they reached out to me to elaborate on the issues I was experiencing. At this point, they were quite apologetic about the delay and offered to replace the bicycle. Within a week I received my new bicycle. The assembly was quick and easy with the parts well marked and packaged. In addition to the enclosed instruction booklet there were instruction to access a you tube video. My new bicycle is quiet and runs smoothly. The customer service really came through for me and it is clear that they stand behind their product. I recommend this product, because a product is only as good as the service that supports it.

Assembling tge product was pretty fast with their detailed instruction. When it came to using the Bluetooth, there was a very vague instruction set. Contacted the seller and I got a very fast but completely useless instruction. With trial and error, I was able to connect to Kinomap using their Bluetooth. They need to include much more clear and detailed instructions for connectivity.

I don't think you'll find a more compact recumbent bike, perfect for my one bedroom apartment. It's solid as a rock too... I'm pretty sure the few reviews claiming otherwise, specifically complaints about seat movement, are almost certainly due to user error. The seat adjustment function is the only difference I'm aware of between the two product options (black vs silver model). The black version I purchased uses a knob that you pull out and then repeg into one of the few available holes in the metal the seat rests on, but after pegging it into a different seat position you still need to then rotate that same knob clockwise to tighten down the seat. It's fairly unique to have a knob that functions using a pull and peg adjustment mechanism, but also requires rotation using screw like threads to tighten down. If you don't rotate/tighten the seat adjustment knob after moving the seat to a different peg location, the complaints about the seat instability make perfect sense. If you do rotate/tighten the seat adjustment knob, there is zero instability at all it is solid as a rock. You definitely want to watch the assembly video, which included on the amazon product page, just cycle through the product pictures to find it. A few of the negative reviews I read before taking a chance and purchasing this obviously did not watch that just over seven minute long video, which resulted in the user error they were complaining about... Like the guy who found it "impossible" to complete the assembly step where you attach the tension adjustment knob because he specifically states "you have to assemble at tension level 16, the highest setting,", when in fact the video clearly explains you must adjust the tension down to the lowest level to assemble it. Unhelpful reviews resulting from user error aside... I did have the same issue several other reviews reported where the 2 screws needed to attach the electric display panel were missing from the package I received. This was certainly annoying and the manufacturer's email based customer support did take an entire week to respond to my email. Figuring I probably wouldn't receive any response to my customer support email based on other negative product reviews I just went to my local hardware store and purchased the missing screws for $0.62. The product assembly instructions at least provided sufficient size information for the missing screws ("M5*10"), the "M5-.80x10" size screws I purchased fit perfectly. I am very glad I bothered dealing with this small hassle rather than allowing my justified annoyance at this inconvenience cause me to return the bike. In the month since I purchased this bike, I have ridden 150 miles on it according to the bike's odometer. If you need a no frills exercise tool, especially with limited space like an in an apartment, and you don't mind dealing with the possibility of some assembly hassle and slow response from product support if the unit you receive has any actual defects unlike mine that has worked perfectly; I don't think you will find a better value than this bike. The ride is smooth and whisper quiet. The tension adjustment on the unit I received is more than sufficient for me and I have been involved in varying degrees of athletics my entire life. I am six ft tall and weight just under 200lbs and this thing has been very comfortable for me to ride. In the month I have spent riding this thing, the improvement I have felt in the lumbar spine condition I first began experiencing symptoms of several months ago has me very hopeful this few hundred dollar investment may literally save me from needing spinal surgery. Just received the unit, but so far we are very pleased with it. It arrived very well packaged with all parts intact. The screws were laid out on a blister pack that had each step labelled for the appropriate screws. The instructions were very good and only had a two points where I was unsure/confused. I did have read each step and look at the parts for the step to clearly understand. The time for me to put it together was 2 hours. I immediately ran into a problem with screw used for packaging the bike. The screw was stripped so the allen wrench did not work with it. I used a vise grip to turn the screw. The screw and what is was holding are throwaway parts, so that was not too big of a problem. If I had a larger allen wrench handy that might have solved it as well. As others have mentioned I ran into a problem connecting the adjustment cable. It was very difficult with my hands, but holding the piece with a vise grip when pulling gave me enough leverage to pull the cable far enough to set the piece. The size and weight are great. It does not take up to much space and is very easy to move around on the wheels. It is very quiet in use. You can easily watch TV or podcasts on your phone without ear plugs as you use it. It is easily adjustable for multiple people. I am 6 feet and there is more adjustment room beyond where I have it set to. It is also adjustable for those with short legs. All in all, it was a great purchase for the money. We are very happy with it, and hope it lasts awhile.

Fairly easy to assemble but required two of us. To get the plastic over the foot treads was extremely difficult, perhaps because it was cold in Canada although we had 18° internally. (That Celsius of course we are not savages). Aside from that we took three days to assemble it slowly. The bike itself for exercise is super. My father-in-law, my wife and I use it every day and love it. I could not recommend it or highly for seniors who needs regular exercise particularly to strengthen their legs.

Le dossier est trop petit, il n'arrive pas à le bonne place dans le dos.. Correctif qui pourrait être apporté dossier rectangle 24po de haut par 12 po de large et là ce serait plus confortable... Mais je m'en sers qu'en même avec une légère modification au dossier pour être plus confortable, à part ce petit problème , bon produit en général... JE LE RECOMMANDE QU'EN MÊME

Was very easy to assemble. Very smooth operation. Recorder easy to understand and use. Would highly recommend this bike. Just an update on this bike. I had encountered a problem with the bike. E-mailed customer service. We identified the problem. Sent out replacement parts. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this product to family or friends.
