Cooktop rocks! I’m using it n my basement while we are renovating our kitchen. I have cooked everything from fish to oatmeal and eggs. Easy to use and heats evenly. Just make sure to get appropriate cookware. Portable and so easy to keep clean. Highly recommend this product! Important safety feature is that it shuts off if no cookware is in place.

This was for my friend. We used it the first week to cook veggies, steak, potatoes, bacon, eggs, anything we could. From dinner to breakfast. We weren't that pleased. It heated up right away, but took the food forever to cook. It should of cooked faster, and consistent, even, but it did not. We kept having to move the meet (using griddle), to get an even cook (control), and we cook all the time on many appliances. So back it went, sorry to say. Was really looking forward for my friend to have another tool to use.

This cooktop that comes with two burners as well as a removable non stick grill top and a cover is just mind blowingly awesome. The controls on how to work each burner is a little confusing and will take me a few times to get it down on how to get each burner to the right setting and then get the timer set but it is doable just do not throw out your instructions or you might be in trouble. This did not take long to heat up, a little longer than your official cooktop but for those who are traveling, college students, newly weds, campers, this thing is amazing! I got this because our stovetop has been acting funky and this was a great opportunity to get something on hand in case anything happens but I am so excited for the grill top, we can now provided an extra helping hand when cooking for my family for big family gatherings. Again it will take some time understanding how everything works but it does work, you have so many cooking options presented to you as well as a pleasant grill top extra that is much appreciated. Would highly recommend!

This cooktop has been a life saver. We got this in the peak of Texas summer. We have a gas stove, and in efforts to not heat up the whole house we stopped using the oven. Most of the meals on rotation were easy or ready to make, and then what we could cook outside on the grill we did. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities because it is effective and did not heat up the whole house. We've used it to make grilled cheese, French toast, soft tacos, scrambled eggs all turned out great. So useful, wish I got it soon.

The item showed up in a box that appeared to have been opened before.... making me think it was a return. Though it functions well... the finish on the lid seemed defective. ... white on the underside as pictured but the top side looked speckled as if it got something splattered on it.

I bought this when my last portable induction broke, expecting the same quality. It takes forever to boil water. Both burners are not the same heating capacity.

I love this thing. Sits on the table when I need to cook and I can store it away when I don't. Having 2 burners is so much better than having one. Having the griddle that I can just put on the stove is amazing. I made pancakes on it not long ago. Only thing is it takes a few for the griddle to warm up. Getting used to the button knobs is something. You have to push the knob to turn it on. Also to switch it to P mode you have to hit the "button" that says entire top or something like that. I had to read the book because things work a little different than I'm used to. Make sure your pots are magnetic. Carry around a magnet when you buy pots is my advice.

The Good: Very easy to set up. Nice to be able to just plug in anywhere. I tried a top sirloin, veggies, and some potatoes on it and worked out very well. The top large pan works well and you can vary the temperature on each side. It heats up relatively quick as well. The Bad: The only semi bad thing is the display does not state the temperature. You have to refer to the manual to know what C1, C2..., etc. and P1, P2..., Etc. means. other than that it works as it should. The Ugly: Nothing Ugly to bring up at this point.
