I use this as a hair mask/shampoo no more than once a week to maintain my color Since I don't use this daily, it lasts a LONG time so the price is worth it. The shampoo is a VERY deep/dark pigmented purple color. If leave it in too long or use it too often, my hair will end up like dark purple so probably use it only occasionally if you want a light purple. It does work as a shampoo for cleaning hair. After use, my hair is clean and moisturized. It has a nice light almost floral scent to it and it’s easy to get foamy.

This is my third or fourth time using it (I wash my hair once a week) and this is what I think so far: The shampoo has a nice scent to it and it left my hair feeling soft. It didn't left my hair feeling dry and I really liked that. Regarding the color; It's not super pigmented but it helps to cover some of that yellow if your hair is bleached (like mine) so you can wait a little bit to retouch the color. Just don't expect it to be like super pigmented hair dye. This helps if you don't want your hair to look like it needs new color immediately.

I have auburn hair. I bought this to help my color not appear dull before my next visit to the hair stylist. Well, this shampoo is RED! I had fire engine red hair. So if that is what you are looking for, this will do it. If it isn't don't try. I don't know how long it lasts I only had it for on for 6 days before I went in to the salon to have it neutralized.

Nice color easy to use

Reds fade fast, and this gives your hair a color boost. It's natural looking, copper red. Very pleased. I suggest you wear gloves while using. Very satisfied.
