Very few products in the market deliver the highest quality and value for money. The Tens 1.0 is probably the best physiotherapy and pain relief machine I have come across till date. I have used a few simular other brand products but what sets it apart is the build quality and consistent nerve simulation that I have come across for my daily recovery from muscle knots and pain. Light weight, long battry life and easy to use. What is even more impressive is the customer care which really exists for this company, and are happy to provide any information you want and are highly responsive. This is the best product in its class.

Excellent, This product is just amazing, very handy but many features, easy to operate and good battery life. I am using this product since past few days and loving it. Just use it right . You will love it. Buy it if you have aches and pain. You will definitely be happy with this product.

Working well

I bought this machine for treating my knee pain at home and I am very much satisfied with the results. So, sharing my experiences below. Product is very portable and has small footprint, which makes it very apt to carry around the home or when travelling. Plus, it gets a carrying pouch, so whole apparatus gets into single pack. Quality of materials used is also great and looks durable. Though in my 3 months of use it is holding the shape and appearance quite well. There are multiple modes and settings option available to choose from which proves very handy depending on the level of pain which needs to be simulated. Dual output layout firstly saves the time as I can use it for 2 different or same body part and secondly that can be separately controlled and adjusted which serves different pain levels. It also has dual signal impact pulses, further diversifying the comfort. It can be used practically on any body part, making it very useful pain relief device to be used at home! LCD display is great addon as I can always be aware of what settings I am using and can quickly have a glance over pre built timer. Speaking of Timer, it is very handy and machine auto stops based on time set. Lastly, I feel its cost effective, considering the benefits.

The device is lightweight and travel-friendly, which I really like. The display is clear and operating it doesn’t require any guidance. Works well for lower back pain after long work hours.

Purchased the UltraCare PRO TENS 1.0 (QUAD) on October 30, 2025, delivered October 31. Opened the box, fully charged it — nothing. No power, no display, no function across all four channels. A brand-new medical device, straight out of the package, completely non-working. This isn’t just a minor defect — it’s a total failure of quality control. How can a company ship a product like this and expect trust? Returned it immediately, but no refund option was available — only an exchange. So now, on November 1, I’m stuck with this brand and waiting on a replacement, hoping it actually works. Until proven otherwise, this feels unreliable, poorly made, and customer-hostile. Strongly advise looking at other brands with better QC and return policies. Will update if the replacement changes my mind — but right now, highly disappointed and not recommended.

Its a good pocket TENS and I would recommend it. Here are some Pros and Cons Pros: - Easy to use - Good build quality - Gives similar effect as a proper TENS machine - No need of any physio gel - The pads stick on well to the body - Easy to carry pouch provided along with the product Cons: - Only one set of pads are given. It would be better if some spare pads are given. - The 25 modes are confusing and sort of repetitive. It would have been better if only 5 or 7 simple modes would be given. Its better to check with your physiotherapist on which is the best setting for your pain. Atleast thats what I did - A bit more details on the 25 modes would be better for people who dont go to a regular physiotherapist
