Most amazing gadget a household must have. I have a toddler at home and cleaning up that level of mess, it just done in a matter of minutes. The self clean is a feature, but the roller starts stinking after a while. You need to change it then. I cant go back to traditional mopping ever!! The first year you will feel a strain on your pocket as you buy the machine, but the second year onwards you will not get pinched as much

Don't buy!!!! Bad product...within 3 months of purchase, it started releasing more water than needed during wet mopping, could not clean it properly and left the floor wet with watermarks. Worst service!!! When I raised a ticket with their tech support, they took more than 2 weeks to collect the appliance, that too with multiple follow-up. The SR was raised in June first week and was delayed saying the part is stuck with customs, will come from China..etc. Sometimes they say the part is not available, at time they don't know when it will come...all sort of reasons but no ETA. I am writing this review after patiently waiting for almost 6+ weeks since the appliance SR was raised. It has not been repaired nor are they ready to refund the money. I would suggest the Dreame management to stop selling product until you have a good tech/engineering support or a good product to sell. Pls refund my money. SR is still open. Amazon team, pls take the accountability of the case and help me get the refund since it is under warranty.

The vacuum cleaner performs very well and cleans the house efficiently. It has a brush self-cleaning function, but after dry and wet cleaning, some dirt and debris still remain around the brush area. You have to manually remove hair, dust, and moisture using a cloth or brush. Overall, it’s a good product, but the self-cleaning feature could be better.

Product is very good . Cleaning thoroughly. It collect all the dust . Suction power too good . Easy to clean .

Writing this review after a few months of purchase. Happy with the product as it comes with a lot attachments which are of great use to keep the house spotless. Must say that it is less noisy making it suitable for pet parents and the suction power is so solid that even big particles smoothly sucked in. Wet and dry vaccum with this price make it a suitable option for those who can't afford dyson products... Only drawback I feel is that the lack of service centres in our area. If you could work on that, Nothing could beat this product...

They sell you this piece of garbage but no spares available in stock for months + you'll have to wait for eternity to get a response from customer service/support. No value for money. Their supply chain for the spares is messed up completely. My recommendation: If you're low on budget go with some other options like AGARO. If budget is not a problem, go with good brands like DYSON. Do not go for this garbage.

Good product worth to buy and making life easy with fur babies

This is absolute customer nightmare .. they close complaints without visiting or calling, their customer care has a standard phrase that they will escalate the issue and resolve it. All these living in tier 1 city Bangalore. As such the product does not sustain regular use as well I will keep you updated on the tussle An update on the customer care issue: 4 Apr Dreame didn’t bother to reach out , neither did I get any contact number of technician. They are simply apologising for the delay and promising an update will be provided the next day . Same thing has been happening for 8 times now ..
