The product delivered first was a damaged one. It felt like the stove was a damaged one and the damaged one was packed and sent either at the beginning or this might have happened in the middle. Poor packing. The edges were damaged. However, they replaced with a new stove upon informing. This time packaging was very proper. The stove looks nice. After a week, one of the knobs is tight. Have booked a complaint with the Prestige TTK. Usually they do pretty good job. Except the initial damaged product, everything went fine.

I will give zero rating … worst product … with a month got water stains , rust and burners are not working properly, my worst decision to exchange my old stove which was good for a long time

The toughened glass top looks elegant and feels sturdy. The knobs are smooth, and the 3-way nozzle makes it easy to fit in any kitchen.

Using this 4-burner stove has been a great experience. The glass is tough and easy to clean.

After every use, we notice visible water marks on the stove surface, even after wiping it down thoroughly. The material doesn't seem to handle water or heat exposure well, which makes it look unclean despite being wiped and maintained regularly. It's frustrating to constantly deal with these marks, especially on a product that should ideally be low maintenance and durable.
