Best sound and very easy to set up.

Very happy with sound quality. Very easy set up using HDMI Arc. There is no WiFi option. It is quick to start up. I actually keep overall volume lower and rarely change volume now as speech clarity is much improved from the built in Samsung speakers. Not all the handset options can be contolled by say a sky TV handset, namely the choice of voice, music, film pre set settings. I just keep the little handset close by. I did not have to 'pair' the handset - my sky handset volume immediately recognised it as JBL SB510 cinema. Harman JBL support. It is hit and miss. I asked how do firmware updates happen and I haven't got a reply. Soundbar doesn't work with Samsung Q Symphony despite Harman JBL being owned by Samsung?! I'm pleased overall with purchase with so many soundbar options available, I'm glad to have chosen this one.

Love our JBL Cinema sound bar - looks lovely on the TV table and the subwoofer happily sits on the shelf below, didn't realise we needed this until we got it.

Zero quality and I already return this soundbar because this soundbar and bass have no sound quality it's very cheap and disgusting sound quality and also soundbar have no display I can't believe its Jbl product because 4 years ago i bought jbl soundbar that was amazing quality and that is made from US, but this new one made from china and zero quality, I think someone using the name of Jbl but this is not real Jbl product.

For a soundbar this is incredible good value. The sound quality isn’t amazing but for the price. It’s more than adequate for this price. It has decent functionality. Although it doesn’t not connect to my fire stick for volume control. It only works if you connect the speaker via Bluetooth to the fire stick.

Having compared this to my previous speaker set up ( Technics AA amp and Celestion DL6 speakers) I found the sound quality lacking. Not in volume but unless the base is adjusted correctly I found a lack of response in the lower mid range. The remote is greatly lacking in options for sound adjustment. Voice, move or music with five variables for base. Which is annoying if scrolling on say Utube. Why are there not + and - buttons for treble, mid-range, base and sub-base? Connection has been a nightmare. Yes I know press this press that and it all connects. Well not for me it hasn’t. My computer is three months old and my phone is an iPhone 11. I spent half an hour on the phone with the computer supplier and I’m now in contact with JBL U.K. costumer services trying to fix the problem. The Quick Set Up Manual is just that and I’m sure it’s worked for most. However I now know there are combinations of buttons to press for other things that are not in the booklet provided. Sorry to be that guy but I was looking forward to getting this and it’s been a pain in the arse.

Sound quality is amazing. However, the volume is too low for my expectations. That’s why I’m returning to buy a 600W.

Sound quality and setup was good. However, after about 6 to 8 months of usage, it just died and never worked. Thanks to great Amazon customer service, they took it back under warranty and issued full refund.
