Car wash good, Tire cleaner so-so
I'm happy with the Armor All car wash but hadn't tried the Tire Cleaner, I usually use Turtle Wax Wheel Cleaner. I was not as happy with the Armor All Tire Cleaner, it didn't lather up like the Turtle Wax stuff so I won't be buying this one any more.
