This is mild creamy kefir which is quite thick. The price is very high compared to buying in a supermarket yourself. I would not buy this online again because I’m making my own now using Kefir grains and full milk. 4 pints of full milk is under £2. It was this purchase that alerted me to how costly Kefir has become in recent months.
