Too good to be true!
I was skeptical of how good this work work, because I bought the Bissell equivalent (a wet mop/vac combo) a couple years ago and it was an absolute disaster and waste of money. Clogged up, sputtered filthy water out, was inconsistent in dispensing water and cleaner. This however did an amazing job, was super simple to use and virtually no assembly required. The steam got scum off my hard wood floors I hadn't mopped in months up in addition to sucking up debris. I like not having to use floor cleaner either and just steam. 10/10 recommend. I am calling it my depression assistant. When i get down and out the idea of sweeping and mopping thr floors is daunting. Not anymore!!

Best steamer around
I bought the Shark steamer because we just moved into a new house, and the floors looked like the previous owners had been hosting indoor tractor pulls. One pass with this thing and suddenly my hardwoods were shining like they were auditioning for a cleaning commercial. I’m talking reflection so sharp I caught a glimpse of my soul level shine. The combo of deep scrubbing and steam sanitizing all at once is borderline wizardry. I used to think mops were just sad wet sticks, now I’m convinced this one is a life coach disguised as a cleaning tool. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and made our “well-loved” floors look genuinely brand new. If this mop ran for president, it would get my vote. I will say though, it may not be what everyone is looking for. If you are looking for something that also doubles as a vacuum I’d say look elsewhere like the Bissell Crosswave. We use this bad boy only after vacuuming the floor to give our floors the deeper clean they deserve. As a steamer this product is magical and is very simple to clean which is an added bonus. Nobody likes cleaning out all that wet debris, but the way this product is set up makes it a breeze.

Good product and easy to use
I have a shark vacuum and love it. So thought I would get a shark steamer. It’s light weight and doesn’t put wear on my back! I will say, if you have dogs that shed, make sure to vacuum with a regular vacuum before. I vacuumed the night before, and within a few hours there was hair on the ground again. I decided to see what the steam mop would pick up. It picked up small debris, but pushed the hair around. It works great as just a steam mop though! Easy to clean also.

Compact and convenient
A compact vacuum that really serves your home! I love how it only uses steam/water to clean the floors so no extra chemicals or special solution needed. However, I found it more work to empty the canister and clean all of the parts after vacuuming. The reservoir for the dirt that accumulates is small so you may have to empty the canister multiple times. After vacuuming up certain “wet” items (pasta/oatmeal) it left a sticky residue on the floors since the brush roll seems to not self clean well enough. You also have to dry the items after each use and reassemble to prevent molding (the canister and brushroll). Overall, the vacuum and mopping combination is really neat and such a nice addition to the home when you have toddlers who can make the floors so sticky and messy!

Sweeping and steam mopping in one. Grout lines are cleaned too!
I purchased a house with the nastiest wide grout lines and figured what would it hurt to try this scrubbing steam cleaner and OMGOODNESS it works. I will not have to spend my days humpted over with that tiny steamer and a brush. Yes yes yes I do recommend this machine by shark.

More Trouble than it's Worth
I have 3 Shark cleaning machines: the Stick Vac, the Shark Robot Vacuum and the Hand Vac. I thought because these appliances were very efficient and easy to clean, that this Shark Steam Pickup would also be efficient and easy to clean. But NO!! It's more work to clean this steam cleaner than it is to clean the floor. I've cleaned it after each use, as I do the Robot Vacuum and the Stick, which are easy. First of all, the pamphlet enclosed is in French! No help there. And there is no explanation whether or not the roller is supposed to come out. There are 2 plastic receptacles to clean which require a brush, cleaning solution and a lot of patience. You can't get access to the larger container, so it's impossible to really get it clean. That dirt will only accumulate with each use. Another issue is that I've had to reassemble it, put it back together SEVERAL TIMES before the red warning light stopped flashing. French instruction manual useless of course. I couldn't figure out why the red light kept flashing. It seems random, trial and error, reassembling the roller and water reservoirs to get it to work again. Otherwise, the roller doesn't propell the machine and it sits there fuming. I don't know if I can return it becuase I used it. How else would I find out if it was a good machine. For almost $200. it is overpriced and not worth the trouble. It does leave water in the storage tray. Go for a simpler machine that just washes the floor instread of vacuuming and steaming together. It's too much for this machine to handle, and I vacuumed and dusted the floors first! Again, main issue is cleaning the machine and getting it back to gether so the RED LIGHT doesn't flash.

Lifesaver scrubber mop! Highly recommend
I love this mop! We have 4 cats, 2 dogs and a husband who can't remember to change his shoes. Works well to help scrub up food bits and mud with very little effort. Love how the pads can be tossed in washer. I also abuse them and put them in the dryer, and they have held up great after a year.

Just ok
It’s a just ok vacuum and just ok steam mop. Doesn’t do either particularly well.

Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.

The rotating discs didn't rotate. Tried many times and they were placed correctly. Returned it April 8 amd still haven't gotten refunded. Disappointed and dissatisfied with amazon
