I bought these to keep on hand for my daughter. She deals with anxiety. Her therapist had recommended she carry a sour candy with her so when she starts to feel her anxiety coming on, she can start eating a sour candy. And focus on the sourness something to snap her back into focusing on her breathing and counting. This was an awesome tip. It's working out great. I love that I can carry these in my purse. She can carry them in her lunch bag. She does like the way they taste. They came fresh so they were soft. I highly recommend them.
